Let me just say: Memory Foam!! This is the comfiest pillow, but still keeps its shape while keeping the pressure off your bum. I have a desk job so it’s been hard finding the right pillow that doesn’t make me feel like I’m sitting on a piece of styrofoam or my legs falling asleep. This pillow does none of that and even has grippers on the bottom so it doesn’t slide. Get this pillow and don’t waste your money on any other brand. Your butt will thank you later.

People complained that this was too hard but it’s not. You don’t want the cushion too soft or there’s no point to it. This is actually perfect for post surgery. I’m 4 days post op and this has been my saving grace. It’s not supposed to be comfortable. It’s meant to feel like a brick under your thighs and below your cheeks so your butt doesn’t get squished. Don’t waste your money on other products. This is the one you’ll need.

the pillow is ok for the price i’ve had it abt 2 wks it starts to become uncomfortable after awhile…the padding is ok for the price but not the greatest…I had lipo and bbl im 14 days post op

Esto lo compre para una amiga y house el cojín porque yo no me hice BBL ,pero el reposa espalda lo amo y prácticamente lo he hecho mio ,jjj ,voy a tener que comprar otro para ella

Gets the job done during the recovery period, but it is not the most comfortable on the legs, I felt that my legs would fall asleep after a while, but then again that may happen with any of these BBL pillows. Loved the back support but I wish it was fluffier.
