THIS IS THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED!!!
First of all, these arrows are AWESOME! They are priced to be one insane steal. They are tough, rigid, and light weight!I have a 25# recurve and a 65# recurve. These work great for both of them. I have been shooting these arrows every day for the last 3 weeks and the only wear and tear on them is the black coating on the field tips. The shafts and the fletchings have remained virtually unworn. I recommend getting a whisker biscuit on your bow to reduce wear on the fletchings. I have hit arrows in the target with other arrows and they just glance off and leave no marks. The bad part: the reviews that state the nocks and tips do not stay in the arrows. THIS IS NORMAL!!! That's right, the only bad part about these arrows are the bad reviews people are leaving because they have no idea what they are doing. The nocks are push nocks. They don't fit the best so they may have a tendency to fall out or remain on the string when shot. This is easily fixed by buying new nocks that are sized to fit the diameter of the arrow shaft. OR, you can do what I did and hot glue them in. To remove them you simply heat the end of the arrow the nock is in and pull it out.The tips come out so that you can cut the arrows to the size that you need. When you get them to the size that you need you glue the tip holders in with glue. There is glue specially made to glue tip holders in. Just like the nocks, I used hot glue. Removal is the same as the nocks. These are the absolute best practice arrows for the price! I will be buying more of these in the future.

An Moste Effective Methode By Which An Archer May Secure His Holde
There are divers ways in which an honeste and Godlie man may protecte his dwelling from sundry trespassers. Those of sanguine humour and modern wit may prefer the gunpowder rifle. This choice doth vex many, who see such armaments as the tools of intemperate and violente characters, and do cry out against the crimes perpetrated by these agents of slaughter. I, seeing the body politick discuss such issues in great vigour have taken upon myself the burden of circumventing such quandries and returning to weaponrie which none protest against: the noble and supple bow! But without arrows a bow is nae more than some good wood and twine a-wastinge, and thusly are arrows to be procured. And, as is wit among men of knowledg, a bow is only so handie as its arrows are suitable to their ends. I am a poor man, and my labor for my Lord comes to but little. We are taxed terriblie so, in our fief, and what our earthly lord taketh, so doth our Heavenlie Lord giveth; not of pecuniary wealth, but that of the soul. Tho I be spiritually rich, my coffers are dry, and it suits me well to seeketh goode arrows at a seemly cost. These are those very arrows. Straighte do they fly, and heartily do they burry themselves in my purely inanimate targets (I assure you, for reasons most legal). They are no legend'ry Black Arrow, but for the cost they are well made and good to my understanding. The fletching is of a material plastick, but sturdy enough. Prone to shearing when striking broadsides a target, but at scarce $4 each, this places you well ahead of the simple rifleman, who loses each bullet he fires, and makes a mockery of every practice by losing his whole supply. An archer may loose a score of arrows, and yet be well ahead of the befuddled rifleman, who must forfeit his living in pursuit of practice. (And may it be said, he lets the world know he practices his art, by virtue of the noisome discharge of his piece) Ah, but I have spoken much. By these, or refrain from doing so. I am not thy mother.

Better Twang for Your Buck
I'm a novice archer and got these as my first real collection of target arrows. The proshop I got sold me way overpriced arrows that didn't have the spine rating for what I shoot and wobbled all over the place. I got these for the price ($2.33 an arrow at time of writing), but have not been disappointed. They're not the best arrows, especially for experienced archers and hunters (I'd imagine). The heads have a tendency to come out without a little TLC, and the flights are a little janky on delivery. But for the price, you could be doing far, far worse from what I've seen. I shoot a 30# 31" and, for Spine 500, these seem to fly much straighter than the arrows I was sold from the proshop for $10 an arrow (I think they're spine 200 or thereabouts, they seem extremely "light" by comparison).I think my biggest complaint is that the while the heads themselves screw into the shaft, the object they screw into (not sure what the technical term is) is a fitted cylinder that has been hammered into the shaft. This cylinder is what has a tendency to come out when removing the arrow from a target. So far I've fixed a couple of my arrows by simply smearing the inside of the shaft with gorilla glue and then reinserting the cylinder. If you're new to archery and/or need some cheap target arrows you just want to use over and over again, I would recommend these in a heartbeat. They're sturdy, extremely affordable for a starting archer, and seem to work well for the advertised draw range. They're not amazing, but they're incredibly convenient for the purposes I've bent them towards, and you cannot beat the price per arrow.

these things are amazing and can be compared to those $20 / arrow
The reviews that say to "go with something else" are more than likely brand snobs and are willing to spend $20 per arrow. For < $30 cannot complain one bit about these arrows especially when you get a dozen. They are high quality arrows including the overall assembly from tips to veins, these things are amazing and can be compared to those $20 / arrow. For those who complain about the field tips "coming off" sound like noobs in the archery world. Tips can easily be tightened back on so I don't understand what the complaints are. My experience, this is normal. If it really bothers you then use thread locking fluid or have stronger fingers or use a plier to tighten them up. You can also use teflon tape. I cannot believe how many wussy / sissy reviews I read about "the field tips are loose", these same folks would complain if the field tips were on "too tight". These wussy reviewers probably are not good at archery and blame the tool rather than their lack of skill and knowledge. Kinda like those far lefties that are into archery but are anti gun. *shrugs* - #MarxismIsReal.# NotesI shoot these with both my 50# recurve and 55# compound.# Pros- Quality arrows for the price. If you want a bargain, get these.- I've shot one arrow repeatedly over 100 times and it's still delivering tight groups. Has not cracked etc.- Confidence with hunting game. These arrows are as good or better than those $20 / arrow. Don't let the marketing hype fool you.- Bought another dozen for a ridiculous deal.- Works fine with the tips I have. Tried with 3 blade broads and small game broads. No issues.# Cons- None.# Would like to see- Extra veins / fletchings since they tend to get deformed quicker than broken nocks. Then again, it was my fault for deformed fletchings due to shooting cardboard boxes and the arrow going right through. Having extras would be a plus though since I'm sure the spine will last much longer.- Different colored spines and veins. The orange veins are bright but can easily be lost in leaves. A neon green would be nice.# Update 2018/02/15- Added a photo of the wall mount rack I built with these arrows on display.

Lower cost per arrow is perfect when you are good at missing the target
I just bought my son a bow for his birthday and was shocked at the price of arrows. This set will work great for target shooting for beginners who miss the target, hint buy the bright colors! If your goal is to miss the target, these arrows hit the mark. We have been able to find 95% of missed arrows, with one going into the brush too deep. This wasn't the arrow's fault. We've hit the metal target stand at the outdoor range, and I'll tell you that any arrow that contacts a metal stand will no longer be valuable. One shattered so completely that we could only find pieces an the tip. But enough of our inability to shoot ... for the price per arrow, these far out perform the professional arrows. As a family just getting into archery as a sport, these arrows truly hit the bulls-eye.

STRONG AND ACCURATE
THESE ARE VERY GOOD AND WELL MADE ARROWS . I HAVE BOUGHT 48 OF THEM, EACH WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR FETCH SO I CAN SEE THEM MORE CLEARLY IN DIFFERENT LIGHT CONDITIONS . I'M ELDERLY AND IT HELPS ME SEE THEM BETTER WHEN I HIT MY TARGET ( OR WHEN I DON'T AND I HAVE TO GO LOOK FOR THEM ! ) I JUST TARGET SHOOT. THEY HAVE LANDED IN SAND, WOOD AND INTO MY STRAW TARGET AND HAVE OCCASIONALLY GLANCED OFF MY METAL STAND AS WELL , AND THEY HAVE STOOD UP TO A LOT OF PUNISHMENT AND REMAINED STRAIGHT AND TRUE. THE ARE VERY EASY TO PULL OUT OF MY STRAW TARGETS AS WELL I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND AS A QUALITY PRODUCT !
