I'm SO glad I tried this clear gloss! I was about to touch-up my roots again, add lowlights, and make an appointment for more highlights, but I don't have to do any of that yet now that I've applied this gloss! I went from hating my hair yesterday to loving it today. I used Wella 10 volume cream developer with it and left it on for 25 minutes. I'll be making this a regular part of my coloring ritual from now on.

Great for gray/white hair. I have well water and I use this product to take (some) of the discoloration out of my white hair and give it a really good shine. I have been using this for many years and I love the product. One tube lasts me 3 applications. I have short hair and it does not take the whole tube to cover it. I just close it up and put it away until I need it again. This product is clear and does not add any color to white or very light hair.

I bought the clear gloss and used as directed. I am a blonde level 8 and typically use Wella toners to cool my shade to ashy. I hoped to use the clear for longevity and shine. Followed the directions exactly, but the gloss lifted my color and gave me hot, brassy orange tones. Will not use again.

If you are lightened to a 8-9 and your hair has a brassy tint, this knocks it out and will make your hair a light ash blonde. Deposit with 2 parts 10 volume developer to 1 part color, leave on for 10-20 mins. Darker level will make a darker color. (I wanted it to be a little darker on me but my base was pretty light.)

I use these toners to bring my hair up a few levels. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully. For my dark brown hair, I use volume 30. Clear is good for mixing with another toner to make the resulting color lighter, but less brassy.

I find color charm 5n and 6n to produce dark results. I bought the clear and mixed it with the darker shades and love the outcome.

Careful with the clear gloss. It completely lifted my natural by atleast 2 tones. I have hot roots now and will have to figure out a fix. I was letting my natural grow in. 😢 I am a natural dirty blonde so my hair is a grayish tone now it’s bright.

I mixed it with 10% and it made my hair a little more brighter and shiny.

Just wish they provided more color before/color afterward to know exactly what to expect. Otherwise nice product didn't dry out my hair. Will buy again.

I bought this along with the N5 Brown and I mixed 3g of the Clear, 1g of the N5 and 8g of the developer number 10. This was more than enough to do my short hair. I left it on for 15 minutes and it covered my greys pretty well but still left a hint of gray so that it wasn't too much of a change too fast. Noticeable enough but at the same time subtle enough for what I was looking for. It's a little stinky and bothered my eyes a little bit but not near as bad as some of the color shampoos or conditioners which don't really work at all anyways.
