What are the dimensions of the single size? pretty sure it's not "73 x 53 x 8 in" nor "14 x 3.25 x 10"

The 53" wide is the double size. Can't find the single size width though.

Can the queen size air mattress be used on a sofa bed frame?

My purchase was the full size. I can't tell you about any other. But had you asked me about the value of my purchase, I can tell you plenty about that. Unfortunately for me ( and maybe many others ) the mattress doesn't stay inflated. I wake up every 2 to 3 hours just to pump it back up. It's either that or wake up on solid floor.

What is the actual size of the twin. cannot believe it is as listed by amazon at 14.15 x 3.35 x 10.1 inches?

If I had it here I would measure it for you, but I use it for camping in Hawaii. (I live in CA) Those dimensions sound like the size of the box it came in. I was in the mattress business 28 years, a twin is 39" X 75". If that isn't it's inflated size, it's very close to it.

How do you inflate this?

That is the downside to this air mattress. Normally I would use a hairdryer to promptly inflate while home. This unit has a bulk valve that protrudes outward and prevented my hairdryer from fitting over and snuggly to the mattress. Consequently, it doesn't allow for a seal so that the air goes into the mattress and not your room. While camping you would need a hand pump (which I don't have) or an electric inflator that is powered by your vehicle's battery. The trick is finding tubing that will fit tightly in the mattress valve and also conform to the requirements of your inflator. I had to put in a lot of effort to rig up a connection. It would be good if Coleman would make a pump that fits this mattress valve. It is a proprietary size that requires a proprietary pump.
