Best Ever
I’ve been taking maze for four years, since I have bariatric surgery. These are incredible, they don’t upset my stomach, and I actually hit my mark with all of the vitamins that I’m looking for.

Yay! They didn't upset my tummy! Took them hours after everything else, with only a Potassium. It worked! I really need the iron to address deficiencies - just found out they were from lack of iron. Really hoping this will help.

Not for everyone
I like that you can’t taste it you can’t smell it, but it’s very hard to take because it’s Very nauseating try taking it multiple ways still the same sadly “Edit” added more stars because the customer service is great!
