Good stuff, easy to apply.
Great product! Goes on smooth and easy, and I love that it only needs one coat. I used it on my RV roof, and it sealed everything up perfectly—no more leaks. The bright white finish also reflects heat nicely, which helps keep the inside cooler. Definitely feels durable and built to last. Included a picture. Roof was treated a week earlier so some dirt and leaves are on roof. Hardest part is the prep before applying.

MARLIN COATINGS is an awesome product
This coating is amazing. Does exactly what is says it will do. Very thick, like melted cheese, self leveling, applies easily. Just clean the roof very well, tape your seams, brush on around the air units and vents and roll on the rest of the roof with a medium knap micro fiber roller. I did my 35 ft motorhome for under $600 including 3 rolls of seam tape. Much cheaper and better than replacing a whole roof with membrane. What's better is that it's totally waterproof. A must for all rv's.

This stuff is THE BEST, wish I could give it 10 stars!
UPDATE: STILL no leaks over a year later. This roof coating is incredible. I had the crappiest leaking old garage roof. It is a detached garage, so not a danger to my home, but it was at a point of either replace the roof or bulldoze the whole garage down. However, I decided to try this sealant as a last resort to save the roof. I emailed the company inquiring their advice on application after I purchased the Marlin coating through amazon. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. They responded right away and were very helpful. Despite the fact I know nothing about carpentry or roof repair, I climbed up on the roof, cleaned the warped rusty roof as best I could with a very inadequate garden hose, and once dry, started hand painting the coating on. If you have a normal roof, you can use a thick roller to apply the coating. I had to hand paint it on due to the fact my garage roof is so uneven and warped. The garage roof had been "owner built" using scrap pieces of corrugated metal ripped from some other crappy roof. It had nail holes all over it from prior use. And I kid you not--there were pine needles stuck in the cracks and holes of the roof that I couldn't get out. So I just slathered the coating right over everything, rust and all...after applying it, next day rained hard...this first coating slowed the leaks down--I was hopeful. I applied a second coating a week later....AND the Roof doesn't leak A DROP--as DRY AS CAN BE!!! Over a year later--still bone dry in my garage. A miracle. My garage roof is nearly FLAT, and we got a terrible ice storm with 2 feet of snow and then icy rain that caused water to puddle on top of my garage roof like a pond--BUT IT DID NOT LEAK. WOW. Impressive product. DO yourself a favor--get this sealant coating if you really want to seal those leaks. P.S.--I had a pair of expensive outdoor workboots that developed a leak where the top joins the sole, rendering the boots useless for work around our farm. I applied this sealant and the boots have stayed waterproof for OVER A YEAR NOW. I wear the boots in muck all the time--still dry after applying this silicone. This stuff is AMAZING. I wish every product could be made to such high standards.

Research PAYS! What a score!
I love this company! This material is PERFECT! Way less then Hen or Dic less than Rubber S, folks these guys are making a great product FOR LESS! Even the container was the best! I still have a nice seal on my remainder! I nailed it with this US company out of Florida, covers so well, self leveling property is like MAGIC I have never experienced self leveling like this, drys fast (don't panic) use >thin foam roller! My 1st roller was your normal paint soft roller, this was difficult! The key to a great job = short pole, 'thin' foam roller, cheap throw away bin brush for your prep around vents is perfectly fine, 1st night do all ac, fan, skylightes, ext.. next day roll, I did 1 thin coat second day, then final on 3rd day. Do it right THIS IS HOW! The soft paint roller as I say was trouble 1/2 or 3/4 IS A MISTAKE! So I simply went over the entire roof with some elbow came back next morning with my thin foam roller, short 4' pole & man ! Oh babay, did I say the self leveling was FREAKING AMAZING? ..Sure,sure I did.

Initial quality is good!
I chip brush applied this coating (in direct sunlight) to my metal patio cover where it attaches/contacts my home. Weather at the time of application was 98F and 25% humidity. The coating is thick and goes on like pancake syrup; it has a high gloss finish and rubber like feel when it cures. Don't leave the bucket fully uncovered for more than a few minutes, especially in direct sunlight. It does have a self leveling feature and the initial quality is good. I had an unexpected light rain fall on it six hours after I applied it and it held up well, with no running. The next day it rained and I didn't have any leaks. Time will tell about the longevity of it's leak protection.

very easy to apply
2007 Tiffin zephyr 45ft. needed to apply a good sealant over my fiberglass roof and after many reviews I chose Marlin. It was a breeze to apply and looks great, started with 7 gal. and ended up with enough to apply a second coat. I first pressure washed the roof, then cut around all ares were I could not use a roller, when that dried, I rolled out the roof dipping the roller in the bucket and applying, that took about 2 hours. As a test I went up after a few days and can't peal any ares up,this stuff really sticks tight, and should last many years.

This stuff is absolutely awesome!
So far it's working awesome! Super slippery so nothing is going to stay on the roof like it used to. Snow slid right off this past winter! I did the pre wash primer step, let it dry, and applied it. Used a 3/8 nap roller and tray and I did a 2'x2' area with a dip and I still only used half a pail. I plan on doing another coat in spring. Keeps heat in camper down a ton being white too so thats a plus Just don't try walking on it if it's wet or you'll be on the ground before you realize what's going on. Bottom line, it's pricey but worth every penny!
