I am trying to lose weight. Does this make shake make you gain weight? Is this good for weight loss?

Most weight gainers are simply that – they help you gain weight. How do you prepare for best results? What are the other options for using?

I prepare according to directions using non-fat milk. I don't know of any other way to use this protein shake.

Can i gain weight from this?

No, this is a great product to loose weight. It fills you up and hold you over for hours. My nutritionist highly recommends it at 25 grams of protein per scoop with only 6 grams of Carbohydrates. Whohoo!
