Achilles and Heel Pain Relief Have Arrives!
i peered these to wear inside some hard leather boots that were causing achilles discomfort at the end of the day. I have to say they offered relief. The heel pads are perfectly cushioned and can be easily moved to use in other shoes as they are not the adhesive type but do stay in place while wearing. I’d say these will last a long time and are good quality.

Perfect for being on your feet all day!
These inserts helped me so much with my Achilles Tendonitis pain. I am a teacher and on my feet walking around all day. These inserts in combination with smart shoe choices has helped my discomfort. They are sturdy and don’t slip around in my shoes while I am wearing them. Big plus for being FSA/HSA eligible!

Life changing
I have been struggling with EXTREME pain in both my my Achilles for MONTHS! I can barely walk, I've been dragging my feet and hobbling bc if I try to walk it feels like my Achilles are going to snap and the back of my heels constantly feel like they're on fire. My DR sent a referral to a podiatrist and I was finally seen last week, I have 2 bone spurs in both heels and Achilles tendonitis and with the inflammation so bad, it's pulling my Achilles and causing micro tears in both. The DR put me on a 6day steroid pack to help with inflammation, which I have finished and it did not help at all. I received these yesterday and today was my first day wearing them. Let me tell you, today was the first day I have not been in excruciating, debilitating pain in MONTHS! When I received them last night, I put them in my shoes to test them and the improvement in pain was immediate so I immediately came back and ordered a second pair.

Impossible injury
I had a foot injury over 30 years ago and arch supports never worked because they pushed too much into my arches which stressed the Achilles. Thankfully, I could find the right shoes. But if you wear high heels for most of your 20s and 30s, you’re setting yourself up for shortened tendons. Thankfully that went away, but it was only with an outdoor spa and the jets pounding on my calf muscles. I was fine for about 20 years and then it hit again when I moved to a place where there were no stairs. Evidently stairs were keeping things stretched out. I tried dealing with it on my own, but it was different this time. It was more of an Achilles issue. I went to everyone I could find and they did MRIs, etc., etc. and nothing worked. They couldn’t tell me for sure if there was a defect in the MRI or if I had a slight rip at one point, which I can believe could be true because I couldn’t put the weight of on the front of my right foot and that happens off and on, and I believe it can be linked to emotions as well as whatever is going on in my lower back and my hips down to my ankles. I tried these and I wasn’t sure but this past week I’ve tried them again and they feel better than what I have had in my shoes. But I cannot find the right shoes yet. I’m going on four years with this and it’s ridiculous. The only thing podiatrists can do is give you arch supports which may make things worse which in my case is the truth. Physical therapy in this town is completely deficient and it did nothing. The woman didn’t even evaluate me. I’m hoping these work because I’m desperate. I freak out if I have pain on the back of my ankles. And the shoes I’ve been wearing I am told by the podiatrist should be fine, but they created peroneal tendinitis. And the cold weather kicking in has not helped but these do feel better under my heels and it’s a good lift, but I have to be careful of standing in one place for too long because it pushes too much into my heel and then I’ll get pain in my arch. I just have to keep moving. But what I was wearing in my shoes was just horrid. I use the material that the podiatrist told me about called Plastizote that is a great firm cushion insole that you cut from a sheet of material and then put these on top of it for the heel. Wish this would just go away. I can’t have anything rubbing against the back of my ankles or heels because I have slight bumps there. What I need is an outdoor spa again because the calf muscles really need to be worked on and I haven’t been able to find anyone and it all goes back to that. Thanks to my ex-husband for walking away to find someone that didn’t have this type of injury. But he married someone that more of an injury than I did and had a small child in tow. I guess he liked the prospect of someone else paying alimony so he could benefit from it. Too much information but just the truth and I’m sure it affects me and my injury. Just knowing this.

Orthotic Heel Cup
These are comfortable to wear and helps while walking but I still found extreme pain afterwards and the next day from the tendonitis I have in my left foot. I wear these during my 3.5 plus mile walks and found at the end my foot was actually hurting more than when I started. So for short term relief these work well.

No Achilles pain!
Used daily due to Achilles tendinitis in my left foot. It's been gradual, but the heel cups have helped a lot. Likely I will have to continue to use them permanently. They fit well in any shoe - except heels (which I shouldn't wear anyway). Last months, so great value.

So simple, so effective, would recommend to anyone with heel pain!
I hardly leave reviews but these things are impressive and amazing. I got back into running and pushed myself too hard to the point that my left heel felt overworked and strained. I purchased these and instantly felt relief while walking. They fit in every shoe (no cutting necessary), they don’t slide and I can switch them out between shoes easily. They work by adding just a little height to alleviate your heel from dropping low and straining the muscle/tendon. You can stop scrolling through other products and just purchase these, they are worth the money!
