I love using mason jars for cold/hot drinks and occasionally to carry home leftover food. A lot of cafes, however, the employees are reluctant to handle the mason jar sans sleeve since it can be really hot to handle. That is completely understandable, so a while ago I knitted a mason jar cozy. That was fine until I realized how annoying it was to have to take it off every time I want to wash it. This solves the problem. Warm soaping water will help it slide on easily, and once it's on, it won't move around! It's dishwasher safe, which is also an amazing feature. Baristas no longer are hesitant to take my jar now to fill up with coffee or tea. In fact, so many of them have been so charmed by this cozy that I've gotten a few free drinks :)

These feel nice to use, make it a little safer to use my mason jars as drinking glasses. They make the jars less slippery to hold and a offer a small amount of protection against drops. They are also easy to put on and take off, but stay in place once placed on jar. They fit all three of my pint jar types, both wide and narrow, "squarer" and round. I've already washed them in the dishwasher with high heat and they hold up to that without shrinking, misshaping, or fading. They work too keep my hands protected when drinking hot coffee and tea in the winter. I would buy again, and plan on buying some for gifts.

Mason jars make perfect drinking glasses, but I find it cold to hold them. These are the perfect solution. It takes a few seconds to wiggle them onto the mason jars. However, you don't need to remove them. They can go right into the DW, top rack, with the mason jar jackets still on the jars! I use them daily and they are in perfect shape. I think they look nice to. If you get them in different colors you will know which jar belongs to which person. I highly recommend them!

These slide on and off easily for cleaning, but stay tight when in use. Also, love the bold colour's.

We got these after a catastrophic honey jar incident which was quite a chore to clean up. These seem well made, and provide enough padding to make it less likely for a break to occur. Also even of the jar does break again, these should help keep the larger shards from scattering. In addition to serving their safety purposes for us, I just like how attractive they are, and having color coded jars can sometimes help for kitchen organization as well.

I have a few Mason jars that I use to hold dog treats and other small items. I also have a liquid soap dispenser/mason jar. I'm a bit of a klutz. So I wanted these to help protect the jars and make them more grippable. Touch Down on all points! Also, they are so easy to take on and off the jars for cleaning. Great item. LOVE the colors. Also love the cotton thread bag that they came in. DEFINITELY recommend this product!

I wanted to share that these JarJackets for regular-mouth pint jars also fit my wide-mouth pint jars! (In this photo I have a wide-mouth pint jar on the left and a regular-mouth pint jar on the right, and both have "regular-mouth JarJackets on them.) I like that I don't have to have different sleeves for the same size (16 oz) jars. ☺️
