So far so good with the product as far as satisfaction of the quality of the item. To be honest because of blood pressure issues I have I don't intake much salt so I don't get the proper amount of iodide in my system. I'm happy with the product so far because it immediatly brought down the swelling, but to be honest I have been making a lot of lifestyle changes that work in conjunction with adressing the issue so I'm confused at this point whether or not it's the product that is working or healthly choices. As of now I think it's a little of both!! Either way it seems to be a good product to provide the iodide needed to at least address the initial symptoms of a health issue that could have gotten worse without proper attention paid adress the issue. This thing is so amazing. It fixed all of my acne on my back and buttocks that I had for years! My skin complexion is so much nicer and people have commented that my skin got better! My feet has been so warm everyday. My memory is better, I can think clearly. I am now back to vegan healthier diet, it kind of fixed my weird food cravings after 1.5 months taking this products. It fixed my anxiety and pms and normal imbalance also. I still have PTSD. This has not been fixed. Let’s see what happens next. I will get ultrasound soon for ovarian cysts, cervix polyp and andenomyosis…. I also have cystic breasts past 10 years. It’s been only 1&half month taking this products and it already fixed so many issues. I take this with selenium - because I heard that too much iodine can cause some people to get sick, but as long as you balance it out with selenium, it works. And seems like it’s working. I’m also taking choline, zinc, Vitamin D, and Q-co 10, on top of my daily liquid vitamin by Mary Ruth.

I had to quit coffee! I just have too much energy from this 50mg Iodoral pill. It completely kills my appetite for hours. I hope it will help with my other health issues.

This 50mg Iodine supplement has made a big difference in my energy level. I know it is a little pricey, but it is so worth it. I highly recommend it.

This is a perfect product for travel. I cut the pills in half, as I'm not really wanting to go overboard. Currently have a vague and mysterious rash that is cropping up in various arenas and can't site the cause, so going lighter on this potency, just in case it's related to detoxing. When I've saturated the iodine levels, I'll most likely switch to the 12.5% pills every other day or so.
