I mixed Simple Green according to the water/simple green directions in a five-gallon bucket. Cleaned a bunch of boat parts. Every time you get done using it, put it in another bucket with clean fresh water and run it for a minute or two. I'm thinking it will last a lot longer doing that than having it sit in a harsh chemical solution until the next time you need it. Seals and pumps only last so long. Yes, there is some splatter while you are cleaning parts. Yes, it fits out of the way nicely until next time you need it. No, it's not for a commercial auto repair shop, but yes, it cleans just as good as one and does the job well when you need it.

This is just right for cleaning small engine parts. I filter the fluid afterwards and save it for the next job.

Seems like a pretty good idea for a small space or mobile work. Used once and it worked fine, wish it had lasted longer using parts solvent.

I recently purchased a 5 gallon portable parts washer and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This product came with everything I needed, including all necessary hoses, clamps, a pump, brush, and top pan. The only thing that was not included was the 5 gallon bucket, which was easy for me to acquire on my own. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this parts washer works. It effectively cleans all types of parts and tools, saving me a significant amount of time and effort in my garage. The pump is adequate and the brush provided helps to scrub away grease and oil.

Looks to be a simple thing to use but couldn't try it since it arrived BROKEN! It took a really long time to arrive and upon opening the beat up box I found that this is clearly a previously returned item. It is evident that the place the hose connects to is snapped off and someone tried filing and rigging something up before returning. Additionally there was no book, guide or anything which isn't a big deal since there isn't anything to figure out. BUT it claims to fit a 5 gallon bucket which again, doesn't actually fit down inside of one. This and the seller is junk!

Works very well but needs to have a valve of sorts to turn down flow of cleaning solution- the pump has a valve but still to much flow. Adding a valve in line will limit the splashing when cleaning parts with brushing action!

The hose is thin wall and kinks easily, frustrating!

Wasn’t sure how this would work but I love it, had to insert a hose clamp on hose to slow flow to brush. Fit perfectly in bucket. Great for the home DIY.

Pump work for 5 minutes one time. Went back to use a week later wouldn't work anymore
