Calmoseptine Moisture Barrier Skin Ointment - 4 oz, Pack of 2

I’ve been using Calmoseptine for my toddler after every diaper change, and it’s honestly one of the best barrier ointments we’ve tried. It creates a nice protective layer that prevents redness or irritation, especially overnight or during long naps. The texture is thick but spreads easily, and a little goes a long way. What I like most is how quickly it soothes any signs of diaper rash, usually by the next change, the skin already looks better. The mild cooling effect is gentle and comforting, not harsh. The 4 oz tubes last us a long time, and the pack of two is great value. It’s definitely a staple in our diaper changing routine. Highly recommend for parents looking for something reliable and effective!

Calmoseptine is basically Arctic Blast in a tube. Put a tiny dab on an irritated spot and within seconds I thought I was sitting in ice water. Not “a little cooling.” Ice water. My body stayed here, but my butt was transported straight to Antarctica. Fair warning: there’s a 2–5 minute delay before the magic kicks in. And during that delay, you will absolutely think you used the wrong product. It goes from “ouch, why is this getting worse?!” to “ooooooh… THAT’S the good cold” with no middle step. It just flips over. Feels like 5,000 frost elves rappel in wearing tiny hard hats to take over the job site. It also healed the area way faster than the other products I tried. Most of those just sat there looking helpful and made a mess in the process. This one actually does the job. I immediately bought a 2-pack. Once you feel this level of relief, you never want to be caught without it again. If you want real relief after a brief moment of chaos, plus a simulated trip to the South Pole, this is the tube.

Works exceptionally well for under breast’s between legs and under tummy.

This ointment has been so helpful for my elderly husband. Previously we used a brand name “Butt Paste” that was difficult to remove, stained our bidet seat, and did not prevent jock itch. We switched to Calmoseptine on his butt, as well as using an antifungal powder with no talc in the crotch. It has made such a difference since using this & the powder for the past 9 months. I highly recommend!

great healing properties, wonderful scent but very hard to apply and remove.
