Great combo to reach your goals
I enjoyed Nick's book on fitness for over 40's and was getting good results, but it all really fell into place when I read and employed the strategies in Breaking Bad Eating Habits alongside the fitness regimens I'd already learnt.Breaking Bad eating habits goes beyond the simple nutrition in fitness over 40 and expands on the psychology of bad eating habits and why it's so hard to diet, which is where I was struggling and it's good to find that most people have difficulty on the same things. If you're starting your fitness journey, or have stalled, to get great results you should understand exercise, nutrition and the psychology of what holds you back from getting the body you want, these books will get you there. Highly recommended.

A multipack that’s actually good for you!
Since hitting my 40s I’ve struggled with my fitness and bad eating habits. I’ve developed a weakness for multipacks of coke, candy bars, crisps, beers, chocolate you name it…the bigger the pack the higher the calling to bosh it all in one sitting! Discovering this multipack has been a breath for fresh air and was exactly what I needed to steer myself away from the monster munch and stella right back into the gym. Instead of carbs, alcohol, sugar and these books are packed full of tips and insights to get back into shape and overcome my multipack addiction. Possibly the best decision you’ll ever make!

Useful for developing a fitness plan
The book had a lot of information. I liked the subject headings for the exercise book the reason why I did not give 5 stars is the exercises can be in all different places for the same type of exercise such as mobility drills. So working out my own fitness plan wasn’t as straightforward as I would have liked.

Unfortunately this is just what I needed
I’m almost 40 and have mom suffered with some health issues in my 30s. I work in IT and I’m sitting down most of the day. Nick’s books have taught me so much about health and fitness and how to change some really bad habits I’ve developed over the years. I’m now moving a lot more and have taken up strength training. These books have really motivated me to get started on a new regime!

A perfect balance
As a woman over 40 this was perfect for me. The first book is based on a holistic approach to fitness focussing on 7 foundations but the second delves deeper into nutrition which is one of the 7. But more importantly why and how we have developed the wrong eating habits over our lives and how to use mindfulness to course correct and find a healthy and realistic balance to our diets.

Kickstart Your New Regime
I really find these books useful as a whole package especially to kickstart my health and fitness regime after months of feeling sluggish & unmotivated. They’re easy to read and great that they’re focused on the over 40s. I’m in the fitness industry & recommend these books to my clients. You won’t be disappointed!

Life changing book
Great book that helped me change my lifestyle to improve my posture, movement and even mood. Perfect for people who sit at desks all day and have busy lifestyles. I'm a frequent traveller and the book has given me lots of tips and ideas for programmes to do on the run.

My mum loved it
My mum is in her 50’s so this was perfect for her. She now looks at her weekly exercise routine in a different way, eats better and does far more stretching and focuses on her balance a lot more.
