Is this a treatment that helps relieve redness or just a cover up like any other color corrector?

This is just a color corrector but didn’t work for me at all, a good redness relieving moisturizer is CETAPHIL Night Cream, Redness Relieving Night Moisturizer ☺️

This is pretty much just makeup that covers the red, right? Let's be real.

I guess you could say that,but it doesn’t feel like you have liquid makeup on and you use a very little amount, pat it or gently rub it in. It takes my redness away and that’s what mattered to me.

How long does it take to reduce redness? Days, weeks?

Not sure, it would depend on skin tone, but probably days. Product would be better if it had a more creamy base.

can i still use this if i have slight rosacea and generally dry skin?

Yes, you can use it on rosacea-prone skin. But we advise you to always consult a dermatologist and do a patch test beforehand if you have extra sensitive skin. If you have dry skin, we suggest you use enough moisturizer first to hydrate your skin before use.
