This arrived very quickly and was so easy to assemble, you just need a Phillips head screwdriver. Honestly this thing is so good that I threw out my old vacuum! I went to use the old vacuum which started spitting back out all the dirt and crumbs and making my daughter's allergies go crazy. So I used my freshly assembled vacmaster to revacuum and my daughter could feel the difference in the air immediately! So to the curb went the other one. This is my new cleaning friend and will get lot of use out of it in the house and working on projects in the garage!! I vacuumed half my house in half the time because it cleans so well. I was able to clean all the dust balls off my a/c vents on the ceiling without needing a ladder since the cord and hose are so long! Plus the suction on this is so good it sucked a plastic container from the opposite side of my car when I was cleaning the floor rugs!! I havent use the carpet/upholstery cleaner yet but I am sure its going to wow me just as much when I try it out on my car seats this weekend! It's such a smart idea to combine the shop vac with a carpet cleaner and I wish i had known about it sooner! I think the only con is that I cant take the canister off the wheels to dump things when I am done. It makes it a bit awkward but otherwise I am really happy with this purchase! I would definitely say its worth it and was good price!

is this a mytee lite no it is not. I purchased this as a low cost carpet extractor. it does what it supposed to it applies water or cleaner to the surface you are cleaning and sucks the residue back out. had to get used to the handle and the remote on/off for both liquid spray and vacuum biggest problem was when it came to getting into the corners and at weird angles if the handle was more strait it would be easier. the spray is not overly powerful and only covers about 2 inches of the small extractor tip but i can work around that. the suction of the unit is as powerful as my 5hp shop vac. did find that it has a vacuum leak where the tip is put together that was quickly remedied with some tape. The Vacmaster VK609PFR 0201 6 Gallon is a great machine would i buy it again heck yes will try it on another detail soon

Works well, as described. We use it for vehicle detailing, and it lasts the whole spring/summer season. The only reason for 4stars is there is a piece, the small attachment for upholstery that is not well designed. The part that solution sprays from is plastic, and it never fails, someone bumps it on something and it breaks. Usually in the first few weeks, then we are left only using the extractor, and spraying solution by hand.

It was very useful for the car

Noise level: Not too loud but easy to notice it's on Vacuum quality: Easy to clean tough messes Start Up: It was hard to figure out the two step processs when I got it out of the box, but it's like a child lock for the toddlers in the house. Easy to start after. Bulld quality: High quality. Power: It's got great cleaning power and sucking power, also easy on electricity use. Attachments: It comes with ever you need to get started. Value for money: it's a very high value, worth it.

Pros: The steam cleaning is so nice and easy to use. Other than sometimes the pieces would separate and the water would stop working or leak but once you snapped the piece tightly together again then it worked great. Cons: very heavy and bulky. Not easy to maneuver when vacuuming. The vacuum attachment doesn't have any wheels so it is extremely hard to push and pull on the floor. I was so excited to have a two in one but I won't use the steam cleaning enough to make it worth while.

4 cats. They mark. I'm 82. Most stand up shampooers are a chore to use and even worse to clean. The spot cleaners require bending over or siting on the floor. that's a problem for me now. I have been using this for a few days, getting old markings up. WONDERFUL. I spray carpet shampoo mixed with water in a spray bottle. leave for about 1/2 hr. Use clear water spray and vac on this. At night i use a blue lit to check. all gone. I did 5 spots in 1 hr, that includes soaking time.

Don't forget when you click the power on button you must touch the touchpad the second bottom that says vacuum or will not power on that is located on the canister not on the lid right below the big yellow power button. You have to click the top big yellow button and push the touch button that looks like microwave touchpad or it won't power on. You don't need to put the battery in the hose compartment if you're only going to use it for a vacuum. If you're going to shampoo that's when you need to put the battery in the little compartment in the handle at the end of the hose. Amazon does sell 8 or 10 pack for under $10 on Amazon compatible replacement batteries. I think the seller of all products in all stores if they are not going to sell any accessories or replacement parts or batteries they need to supply a link to where you can find them on Amazon or sell them themselves. First off it was my mistake on the handle not fitting. It fits. It a case of no glasses on and looking at the wrong side of where it should have been screwed in. Great handle, very strong! My second problem unlike most wet-vacs. I thought it was dead because switching the big yellow button on did not power on the vacuum. There's extra touch buttons like a microwave right underneath the big yellow power button if you touch push the top one it's the shampooer don't do that you'll burn the motor out cuz there's no water in the machine. The first button is for the shampooer which I think they made a mistake they should have put the one you used more frequent the vacuum at the top and the shampooer at the bottom. Maybe the manufacturers did it that way because most buy it for the wet vac and not as a vacuum. I can't imagine anybody after buying this machine wanting to ever buy a vacuum unless it's a Dyson because this is the most powerful wet vac as a vacuum I've ever seen or used. Make sure you always push the lower button which is the vacuum when you push that then you can use it as a vacuum but not with just the yellow power switch on itself. At first you will think the vacuum motor is dead. So you only have to remember to use it as a vacuum the big yellow button and then the touch button that's like a microwave below it which is the bottom one is the vacuum the panel does not light up like the instructions say for you to actually see the writing better, so just remember it's the bottom ones the vacuum. I was super duper stressed until I learned all this. I didn't know after you click the power on the main vacuum you had to press the touch button on the vacuum under the power on main button as well or the vacuum won't run. Myself, I would not be using it for a shampooer but once a year in home. Some may want to use it for their cars and vans. 8 I just happened to have a phillips screw driver to to screw the roller wheels on the bottom and the handle on the top to lift it. At this price I think they should supply one. The cord is super long!!! I've not read how long but it has to be 15 plus feet. The hose is good quality for today how they make them. It is also long. I took the white tank off the back and wrapped up half the electical power cord and laid it in the basket at the back where the shampoo solution tank normally would go. Doing that makes for you not to drag all that very long extra cord I don't need in a small 10 x12 bedroom I vacuum every day. It is a a beast, about 34 pounds in weight. GREAT SUCTION!! So far so good. So having the box damaged with a reboxing of it to hide the hole in the original box the machine comes in worried me so much. I didn't see the whole in the original box until I took off the outter box that had no damage. I didn't like the fact it was hidden in another box. It made me worry it would not work. So having not known the power button how it worked made me panic so bad that the damaged box did damage to the machine. With all this combination was stressful. In the end it works like it should. You won't regret buying this machine as long as it all works out and funtions properly for you. I will do an update next week once I try the shampooer part to make sure that part works as well. I'm sorry to the seller and Amazon for my last review. It does work after all. Also for those that may not know if this is manual labor for vacuuming it's not Auto pull you or so I find it hard to push forward cuz I'm old and don't have the greatest back for vacuuming but I just pulled back when I'm vacuuming only because it is manual labor it's not an electric of course. I bought it for the vacuum not the shampooer I can't believe the suction on this thing. I live in an apartment so I waited until after 11:00 to use it because I was worried it would be noisy and wake up my neighbors that maybe sleeping so I thought I won't use it until after 11:00 in the morning and never after 8:00 at night I have to laugh at myself because it's very quiet it's no louder than then my upright beater bar one that I have this vacuum actually it's a quieter. I've used it six times and I have to back off the suction switch open it up because it's too powerful if I don't stand on my heavy mats it will want to lift it up in the air. The air wattage is 230 more than the average high-end vacuum the horsepower is 5.5 super duper suction.

It’s great vacuum cleaner that I can use all around my house. I can clean my carpets professionally with shampoo and they looks like new now. I’m cleaning my coaches, chairs and pillows with it too. I can use it just for vacuuming the hardwood floors. Materials are sturdy and durable and easy to operate with no issues. It helps a lot to keep my house clean

My first impression is this is a decent unit at a good price. It is well built and the various accessories are good quality. I like the solid way the hose connects to the body and accessories. There is low risk of the hose disconnecting when vacuuming as you get with a lot of shop vacs. The detergent spray system is easy to hook up, and filling the removable soap tank is easy. The vacuum has great power for both wet and dry pick up and judging by the amount of dirt in the waste water after cleaning carpets, it does a good job as a carpet cleaner. On the down side, the spray line connections tend to leak a bit if you are not careful in hooking them up. Also, the spray system tends to drip a bit after stopping the soap feed. This is a minor irritant. Also the hose wrap system is a good idea, but on my unit the clamps are a bit tight, so it is a bit of a job to wrap and unwrap the hose. Overall this is a decent, multi use machine for household or light commercial use. It is light and compact enough to be easy to store and move around and the long power cord and hose give great reach without having to change the plug in location. And the casters are good enough quality so the machine follows you around easily. Hopefully the motors and pumps are durable enough to provide long term service
