Syringe is medical grade and worked just as well as a doctor's visit. It is easy to use with warm water and part hydrogen peroxide to clear wax from our relative's ears.

Quality product that would be suitable for use in a medical office (I know - I am a healthcare professional!). Much better than the plastic syringes that are also on the market l. Easy to use and clean.

Works good for what I needed it for its a good value and it's safe to use but make sure you drain out all water after use or the inside will rust or gard water will build up and make it useless

Hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made to date. Until I thought to look for this piece with the description that occurred to me I had to go to my doctor and pay an additional $40 every time as the co-pay for visit did not cover ear wax cleansing/ removal. No choice in the matter because without removing it only leads to not being able to hear out of one or both ears. I had to search for something on my own due to my doctor retiring. I went to a number of clinics that tried different tools that didn’t do the job and even damaged the inside of my ear canal. Run, don’t walk to the easiest and most efficient way to your cleansing the ear canal!! 100%!

I was ready to give this at least two or three stars, because it has a sturdy build quality, and it does look kind of cool, with all the mirrored chrome plating. And I’ve worked in a machine shop before, so I kind of expected there would be some cleaning involved. But the closer I looked at the interior, the worse it appeared. There are unfinished surfaces inside the syringe. The plunger has edges to it that are sharp as a knife. Keeping an instrument like this clean is vital; you shouldn’t be flushing your ears with water from a tap because of the minerals it will leave behind, and yet the inside of this syringe barrel arrived with what seems to be cutting oil still in it, and residue which rubbed off like pencil lead. The bottom of the syringe, the least accessible part, has a grainy texture to the brass, unfinished, and that’s going to be a small nightmare to keep clean. I’m pretty handy, but a number of cleanings later, and I still get a metallic aftertaste when using this. I pause to think of all the people I know who might need a way to flush out their ear canals but are NOT handy, and it makes me sad to think that this product is being sold to them as a medical instrument.

I got this because I saw it being used at a clinic I went to for wax removal. It worked great and I was able to do the job all by myself. Well made, sturdy and easy to use. Wish i never wasted money on oils and ear drops and bought this syringe to begin with. Definitely worth it.

It was easy to use. One shot was enough to clean the ear.
