It is easy to use and take apart for washing and disinfecting, and it serves its purpose of cleaning my ears.

Works good for what I needed it for its a good value and it's safe to use but make sure you drain out all water after use or the inside will rust or gard water will build up and make it useless

Worked as advertised.

I was really looking forward to receiving this product – with Covid, I didn't want to go visit a doctor just to get my ears flushed, but I have water in my ears that has been there for days, no matter what I've tried (Debrox, ear balloon, etc.). At first, I was really impressed: this thing is huge and made of metal – it looks very similar to the kind I typically see in the doctor's office. Unfortunately, the spray quality is terrible! The whole point is to spray out smoothly, in a stream, and this thing launches water in short, unpredictable bursts. The water doesn't come out smoothly, or for long enough to do anything but put more water in my ear, without taking anything out...except maybe my ear drum! I tried it a couple of times and my ear actually feels WORSE and I don't want to keep trying for fear that it'll blow out my ear drum. I seriously regret this purchase – would not recommend

I love the product, it works very well when you need to have your ears cleaned. I had always gone to the doctor to have my ears cleaned, the dr. would use the same type product. I have purchased (2), approximately one year apart, and getting ready to order my third one BUT they continue to stop working. Not sure what the problem is since there are not many moving parts, when you attempt to pull the handle up to draw the water into the vile, the handle is stuck. Not sure what the problem is, unless there is a washer or o-ring inside that I cannot see, and it wears out? The product works great, but does not last long, when used on a regular basis.

Biggggg syringe. Should flush ear wax without any problems.
