I have been getting the free Beverly International magazines for 3 yrs now and just ordered their product of Quadracarn for the first time. I have read over and over how this stuff helps guys like me at around 40yrs get that extra pump while exercising. I take 1 at night before a workout day and another 1-2 hrs before hitting the gym or going out running. It has helped me stay energetic in the gym and actually helps me hit the heavy weights hard on days I dont even feel like lifting. On long 10 mi plus runs, it is not effective on me but on short 3-7 mile runs or speed work on the running trails, it has helped me stay running hard and not tired soo much.

Great product

This product, to me, is one of the FEW products ever taken worth my money. Quality costs. Shaq's or Nike? - You get it. This product literally carves away at fat while keeping your size. You can also feel the difference it makes in your mood, energy (not pre-workout energy) but stable energy. My testosterone is quite different now. I feel more alive. Feel ready to tackle the day. This is my third bottle. I use it as follows: 4 when I wake up at 5:30. 4 after lunch at 1:30pm. It works for me and am able to get in 8 as to 3x a day for nine as recommended. I stand by this product.

Works awesome just can't afford it

okay, now everyone knows that popping tons of pills is not good for you, no matter what kind of pills they are. this product makes you take up to atleast 10 pills in one day!!! and that is the minimum!!! i hate that but i will say that it doesnt give me jitters at all or make me overly energized. it hasnt really contributed alot to my weight loss but it helps a little. i would recommend this to someone who just wants to maintain there weight but not necessarily lose alot of weight. good product but i still hate taking all those horrible tasting pills. if you really want to find a decent product out there on the market that wont make false advertising, try checking this website out, it really helped me: [....]
