Whoa!!
Just had the best spaghetti experience! If I had known about these, even before going low carb, I would have got them instead of wheat pasta! The flavor itself is so slight, and almost like a pepper without any heat. Very pleasant! But the texture! That's what really won me over! You know when you cook pasta in the sauce instead of water and the noodles have a creaminess on the outside and bite on inside? That's what these did, but i boiled them in water! They just melded to the sauce and were ooey gooey al dente perfection! They were strong and didn't break apart and the protein also helped me feel very satiated. Just loved these! They are a bit pricey, but for me it's worth it!

Ah-mah-zing!!
Who would have thought that yellow peas would make such delicious pasta? Not me!! I was used to rice and corn which both are highly inflammatory and promote weight gain by instantly storing these sugars as fat in our bodies. Therefore, I stopped using pasta... for many years! Until recently when I saw that these pasta were made out of yellow peas. And pea is the main ingredient of my morning shake anyway, so it shouldn't hurt, right? Yes! Indeed! Easy to prepare, easy to digest, beautiful such as spaghettis 🍝 are expected to be! That's a feeling of back home, in Switzerland, so close to Italy, where we used to eat spaghettis every Friday with my family, 3 decades ago. And now, I can do that again, even with plant-based cheese such as parmesan or mozzarella! I'm in awe at what the food industry has been able to create in the 2020s! So, don't hesitate, give it a try, and if you're not fully satisfied for whatever reason, give Amazon a call (not through the app), and get a full refund. That's how it works for me! Bon appétit!

Best GF spaghetti noodles
We ordered these looking for a higher protein noodle- didn’t know it was also less carbs than others which we were happy about. Our biggest complaint about normal gluten-free pastas is that they clump together and they don’t keep well without disintegrating. This is not the case for these guys- They’re not mushy and they don’t stick together when being stored as much as others. I can see if you are making a dish with less sauce and more noodle heavy you would be able to taste the actual noodle more- But we used our in an Alfredo, where the sauce is the star, and we were very pleased with the noodle taste and texture. Will be ordering again and not a terrible price for gluten-free.

Easy to prepare , Taste is more like bread than pasta .
I liked this brand of peas pasta but the main issue is after cooking , it gets so dry if reheated . Also the taste is like bread more than pasta . It’s lower carbs and calories than real wheat pasta for sure . It’s faster and easier to prepare than other pasta .

Expensive, but read this 🧐
Unfortunately I didn’t notice each spaghetti box was only 8 ounces. I’m used to spaghetti (regular Durum wheat) coming in 17.6 ounce packages, like the one in photo of what I can get at Costco lately. As for carbs and protein content, per 2 ounce serving, this pea pasta wins at 36 grams carbs vs 43 grams of pictured wheat pasta; and 12 grams protein vs 6 grams. My family of four adults liked the taste and texture (boiled 5 minutes was perfect) and we’re used to the need for pretty constant stirring to avoid clumping when using non-wheat pastas. That said, I’ll skip the spaghetti version next time based on price: 3 little boxes equal 24 ounces for $20, while the other versions of this same pasta come in 3 packages of 12 ounces each for 36 ounces at the same price. I guess spaghetti is harder to make, but for us, we don’t mind the shape of things! Would have given 5 stars if this wasn’t so expensive.

It does not raise my blood glucose
I am prediabetics and It does not raise my fasting blood glucose level when I measure it next morning. Taste is fine and it is on the hard side. I am just happy being able to eat pasta with my family again without raising my blood sugar.

Finally, a Gluten-Free Pasta That Tastes Good
This pasta is a godsend for anyone tired of bland and poorly textured gluten-free options.

Not wheat pasta
I like the flavor of this pasta. It cooks faster than regular wheat pasta and has a great texture. The first time I cooked it, I removed it from the boiling water about 2 minutes less than the directions stated, mainly because I like my pasta al dente. It was too chewy, so I dropped it in for another 2 minutes and it was perfect. Buon Appetito.
