This tear stain remover really works but you need to be consistent and patient. I use it everyday on my puppy. It took about a month to start to see results. I’m glad I didn’t give up on this product. I will purchase again when I run out.

We tried other eye drops, three or four other brands that were rated higher. On our two Yorkies this stuff worked great, plus it was cheaper than anything else.We just put it on, let it sit for a little bit. Use one of those dog combs to get the stuff out of their coat by their eyes. Works better than others. Much more cost-effective.

I’ve been using this every day as directed for a little over a week. It's easy to use - just put it on a cotton pad and wipe away. So far, I haven’t seen a big change in her tear stains yet, but I also know it might take more time.What I have noticed is that it does a really good job cleaning the area. It takes away the odor and gets rid of all the gunk around her eyes.My pup usually hates when I touch her face and will jerk away, but when I use a cotton pad with this on it, she actually stays still. That tells me it must be pretty gentle and not irritating to her.It smells good too, and I like that it comes in a two pack. You also don’t need to use much each time, so I can tell it’s going to last a while. I’ll probably have to adjust my subscribe and save to less frequent, which is always a good thing.

I’ve been using this regularly on my puppy for about a month, probably a bit longer. He’s stark white and his tear stains are just terrible. I followed the directions precisely for about 2.5 weeks with absolutely no improvement. It actually got worse to the point I was asked how my dog got a black eye.Talk about embarrassing.I found another product, a balm, that I used in combination with this one. After another couple of weeks, the tear stains eventually started to clear up CONSIDERABLY and now it’s just a very light tan mark near the corner of his eye on one side.I’m not convinced that this alone will improve tear stains, even with consistent use. Works well for tear stain removal. I don’t really notice much of a smell so my dog doesn’t seem to mind it.

I have a beautiful white Pomeranian puppy, she developed dark tears stains. I always relied on Burt's Bees, and thought this would work. After 4 weeks and daily application, it hasn't made any difference at all. Now my baby has permanent dark stains on her white fur like someone took a Sharpie. The tears stains actually got worse. My vet said this is common with white dogs and not a medical condition. This product only made the stains appear darker when they were wet with the product, then, afterwards, I kept it on anyway hoping for the eventual 3-4 week turn around time as promised by the product. Very very disappointed that I should have used something else when I saw this wasn't working and now looks like the stains are tattooed on. She's such a beautiful girl, I'm so upset that about this! A total waste of money. Very angry that animal products are not regulated and anyone can make any promise at all. But's Bees should really be ashamed of themselves for making false claims.

My Maltipoo often has excessive eye discharge that clumps up quickly. If left for more than a day, it becomes very dry, hard, and difficult to remove. This product is excellent for cleaning this unsightly discharge. My puppy seems to love it too! It’s easy to use, doesn’t hurt his eyes, and delivers great results. Although I haven’t been using it for long or consistently, I can already see it starting to work on reducing tear stains also. Highly recommend!

Gently product but not a magic solution.Persist with use and the pink fades from the white

The only tear stain product that works for our Samoyed. Works without fail and very happy to have been able to get this product on this occasion. Tried other products but no way near as good. Twice daily usage is best and, as with any of these products, you need to remove any existing build up within the fur for it to be effective.

This product made my dog's eyes worse. Even though I wipe daily, I tried to alternate this product with Tauro pro line mist, and every time I used this product my dog woke up with a lot of gunk in her eyes in the morning (this does NOT happen with the other product). I might have gotten a contaminated bottle, I literally had to throw it away. Such a waste of money.

Not effective. Waste time and money. I used to daily for a week on my golden retriever puppy. It doesn't make any difference.
