I received the item was already opened and the box was crumpled, I believe it's a used already, please change for a new and sealed packaging.

The pump wasnt working so i had to just pour the product on my hand

feeling disappointed because the item that i received is not good, sad to say i throw the delivery receipt including the boxes, next time you should give new item and not your old stock! 😏😏

This little bottle, Pond's Beauty Bright Serum with proprietary mix is a good over the counter melasma spot lightening. Is light, clear, not heavy. Light fragrance dissipates quickly. I alternate this with Hadalabo Shirojyun Premium cream, too. Both are affordable, I experienced no irritation, great value. Hydration is fine...I use Ponds cream too. Melasma spots now about 30% lighter and 20% smaller in size. I also use sunscreen. AI say: " ✅ Niacinamide, glutathione, and tranexamic acid complement each other — they all reduce melanin formation via different pathways. ✅ Hada Labo adds strong hydration (hyaluronic acid) which helps minimize irritation from the Pond’s actives. ✅ Sunscreen is essential to protect new skin cells and prevent melasma from returning. I will try using together now...don't expect melasma to disappear with OTC creams, just lighten so make up can cover. And melasma will reappear so am in for the longterm!

It gets absorbed quickly in the skin and leaves no whitecast or oiliness. Very lightweight and hydrating serum , it reduced ance , acne marks and blemishes in 2 weeks . I use it right before primer while doing makeup, also before going to bed I use it after cleansing my face. [ I use pond's bright beauty charcoal facewash and together they work amazingly] 100% value for money . Don't forget to moisturize your skin after the serum otherwise your skin will dry up and start itching.
