I tried many products before I found this. I cannot eat artificial sweeteners they make me sick, and most electrolyte products have artificial sweeteners in them. I am careful with my carbs, but the small amount of additional sugar for me is worth it, That’s how well this works. I used to feel like I could not drink enough. I would drink a gallon of water a day and still feel thirsty and I would get very bad dry mouth. A friend suggested to try working with my electrolytes and I remember just letting it go in one ear and out the other. The dry mouth was driving me crazy so I started down the path of trying different types of products. If I drink 2 to 3 packets per week, I have no dry mouth anymore and I do not have the desperate need for water. (Love the packets. Usually throw one in one of my cooler bottles, put the lid on add my straw, and when I get to my destination, all I do is fill it up with cold water! So simple.

I am self--employed (33yrs) as a Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher who is in the car alot. I've had a problem holding water for more than 20 mins my whole life but always check out fine /told that I have a small bladder. Have tried many electrolyte-based waters and tablets because I can experience severe hydration when I try not drink fluids while working. These packets are easier to travel and the most effective solution that I've found. I can drink and hold fluids during work time. I can also use in the evening, It's even possible for me to drink a few ounces to take medication before bed. This is especially helpful because instead of getting up many times to go to the bathroom dunng the night, I just get up once. Leads to a much improved, quality sleep experience! Highest recommendation- I prefer some flavors (usually red based) more than others, Like any other electrolyte product, this does take some time to get used to but it's the best-tasting line that I've found after buying many others!

This pedialyte is perfect for anyone traveling or with limited space/pockets, especially if you are doing any extreme workouts (e.g., running a 1/2 or full marathon, walking 60+ miles at one over a few days, etc.). I love doing HIIT workouts, multi-day walking challenges, and hot yoga. Sometimes, I need stronger hydration for weeks when I do over 20 hours of these workouts per week. I find this version too sweet for me, so I use more water than stated in the directions. I am not a fan of juice and sweet drinks overall, but by adding extra water, I am able to drink it. The hydration definitely helps A LOT for the long workout days.
