Has anyone bought an ineffective bottle? normal strength gel worked great. i bought 2 professional roll-ons-- nothing. bad batch or fake maybe?

I buy NOTHING but the professional! I have found a couple “tricks” though. Once you roll it on you have to let it air dry before you put clothing on over it. I use it for my lower back and I have to let it dry before I put my shirt on. And once I’ve put one application on if I put another application on later in the day it doesn’t work half as good. You have to clean off the first application before you can put it on again. I have had extreme back pain hip pain leg paint for years and years and this is the only thing that is fast acting! But don’t expect it to last all day long. Nothing last all day. I hope this helps it is a great product. Nothing compares with it.

Why does the spray have 10.5% menthol, while the rub on gel is only 5% menthol?

Thanks for your question! Biofreeze Spray contains more menthol than the Gel Formula because the Spray is applied over a larger surface area and dispersed into the air, so more menthol is required to treat the affected area.

Does any have the roll on come out in clumps of gel?

Never. The one we have is actually liquid going on to a "dispense ball", exactly like roll-on underarm deodorant. It is measured depending on how much you roll. No clumps of gel.
