Sore knuckles and joints? try these
I can tell when I have forgotten to take these, my knuckle joints feel tight and swollen. These have actually helped my hands and knees to not ache and feel tight. I combine it with MSM and bromelain. It's sort of a large pill so I learned to tip my chin/head down when swallowing the pill from a TikTok video and it works! I have this on subscribe and save so I don't run out and to save some $.

FISHY BURPS & STUCK TOGETHER!
This product DOES have fishy burps. At least it does for me! I can’t stand that! I don’t even like fish so it’s super intense for me. All the horse size pills are stuck together! I’m going to have to use something to break them up in the bottle. I’m going back to my non sticky no fishy burps product even though the price point is much higher. I would return these immediately if they took returns. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend!

Good Product
So many bad reviews but im on my 5th bottle and they have been fantastic, I cant put any medical claims in the review but if you need fish oil this is it. I've never received a melted bottle, the pills are large and I dont have a gallbladder so I do get about an hour of fishy burps however nowhere near as bad as the prescribed ones 🤮. I would give them another chance, I've purchased on and off in 2025 and currently in 2026 no problems
