Photo is misleading but it's the right product.
The quality of this product is very good. The photo shows a manufacturer's box but that was not how mine was shipped to me. Mine was shipped in a small bag.

Sent Used Earbuds
I bought these earbuds, and although they come in new packaging, they are clearly not new. The first thing I noticed was that the metal grill in each earbud looked pushed in and dented. When I went to replace one for the earbud tips, the earbud itself came apart. I tried to ignore those issue and see what the sound was like, only to find out that the left earbud was significantly quieter than the right one. You get what you pay for I guess, but in this case, I didn't even get new earbuds that I'd paid for. Buyer beware!

Sent knock-off version…
Was sent an off-brand version of the headphones. Not the actual Samsung product. It feels cheap and not very good quality. They work for listening to things, but there was no actual microphone like the picture shows. There is only some plastic thing that is useless in its place.

Very happy with these wired headphones. I cant stand wireless headphones and will always choose wired headphones if I have the option. I was surprised to see that my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ checked for firmware updates for these headphones, the second I plugged it in. Meaning its more sophisticated than I expected. I love the sound quality, its quite neutral but I boosted high frequency (something something old age) and bass a bit. Maybe I need to order another set to keep as a backup :) Highly recommended
