This is absolutely the best back support I’ve tried. I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and back, and good posture support is non-negotiable for me. This lumbar pillow has made a noticeable difference in how I sit throughout the day. The contoured memory foam supports my lower back exactly where I need it and helps keep my spine in a more natural position instead of slouching. It’s firm but still comfortable, and I like that it responds to body heat without feeling flimsy or collapsing over time. ComfiLife Back Pillow provided me with excellent lumbar support! Allows me to sit at 90 degrees which is my perfect comfort zone for good posture support. Comes with 2 attached adjustable straps which keep the cushion in place as well as 2 extra extension straps in the event you have a chair with a wide back. The Comfilife back pillow is sleek, fit nicely on a chair with a narrow back. I used the 2 extension straps vertically through the slats and attached at the top of the chair to assist in keeping the pillow in position due to it being a narrow backed dining chair. When my previous back support attachment to my desk chair broke, I needed a new one and found the ComfiLife Lumbar Support Back Pillow. I had debated whether to get a larger, full back coverage type, but am glad I chose this one as once it's placed correctly, it provides excellent support to the area that corrects posture and thus, makes hours at the computer a bit more bearable. The pillow is made of memory foam with a mesh cover. The two elastic straps at the back of the pillow have sturdy, locking plastic closures. There are two short elastic straps with the same closures that are available to extend the existing ones. For my desk chair, the extensions were not needed. The pillow is hand-wash only. The pillow comes with an "activate your lifetime warranty" card with a QR code on it. According to the directions buyers have 14 days to activate to receive their full warranty and exclusive discounts. There's also an email to contact the company with any questions. I don't like that you have to activate a warranty. The pillow slips around a bit on the plastic sides of my executive-style (high back) desk chair, but it's easy to position it and comfortable once in place. It is firm, but not hard. It will push you forward a bit so be prepared to sit forward more than you are used to if using this pillow. I am 5'6" and 155 pounds. I use a footrest at my desk and have a memory foam pillow I sit on to take the stress off my spine. This lumbar pillow works for me. I feel like I'm more ergonomically placed at my desk and my back feels better when using it. I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical and low-thoracic spine, so anything I can do to help feel better - I do it. For that reason, I'm liking this pillow and would recommend it to others in combination with the things I've mentioned. I would say that some larger framed people may find this pillow to be too small. It fits my low back just right without any overhang on either side of my waist, which is 32".

I bought this pilow and put in my car seat bc I need to travel alot ,but its not worth it for me. I still suffer with back pain alot . So I don't know it had great reviews when I bought it but really not good for me

I purchased TWO sets recently. One for me & one for my husband. We use different type of chairs at computers for work we do at home. The chairs are also new, too. If it weren't for these bundles BOTH of us would feel just awful! My hubby responded immediately- he said it changed his days completely! For me, I needed a bit more time AND their awesome footrest (yep, I already had one, just not THIS one...I call this add-on a "little wonder"). The advertised ComfiLife's Customer support was lightning-speed-fast! These wonderful people never take their customers' satisfaction for granted, offering a lifetime warranty at no extra charge! We are totally thrilled with this purchase. MY chair is particularly hard & this bundle took a bit of time to adjust my body to its "comfort & support." But it works! That footrest is a must for my short stature. I will be ordering another cushion (without the lumbar support) for a hassock we use in the master room. My hubby says he can't do without it for an item he regularly uses but has a hard surface. The word, people, is "AWESOME!" You have nothing to lose & everything to gain with this set (AND, for ME, the added footrest). As a doc, dealing with COVID-19 patients AND working also from home, I truly required something special to add to my chair. My husband's long hours in HIS new chair appeared to be "okay" until HE received his bundle. However, he did notice his sciatica pain growing worse after hours in his new, padded chair UNTIL his bundle arrived- now he says he can't work without both the support AND comfort provided by these two items. I have an Aeron chair which is very nice. However the lumbar support that the chair provides is not adequate for me. It didn't matter that much to me until I started to WFH during the pandemic and now WFH a few days a week. I prefer more support in my upper back and have used a small pillow to provide that. It's gotten annoying for me since the pillow always falls down when I'm not sitting in the chair. When I return to sit, I need to reposition the pillow. I looked at the various lumbar support pillows on Amazon. This one caught my eye and looked exactly what I was looking for. It was reasonably priced compared to others, plus since it was available as a prime purchase, I could easily return it if it didn't work out. So far it's worked out well. The only issue I've had was the pillow moving around as I shifted in the chair. That's because the pillow is positioned toward the top end of the chair which is very wide and somewhat curved. The elastic straps want to reposition themselves to a lower point. To get around this, I taped the top straps of the pillow to the edge of the chair with strips of clear shipping tape. The strips are hardly noticeable and hold the straps in place. The pillow seems well made. Time will tell if it holds up. But it's good to know there's a lifetime replacement warranty on it.

Este es un excelente soporte, se debe de colocar de la manera correcta. En un inicio puede parecer incomodo, ya que tu cuerpo se esta acostumbrando a su nueva postura (la correcta), pero después de 3 meses de uso es un alivio colocarme de pie al final de la jornada (8horas +) y no sentir el cansancio en la espalda. A mi gusto tiene el acolchonado correcto (es rígido, se siente el soporte) y, si bien no es transpirable y puede llegar a ser cálido, no incomoda y al poco tiempo olvidas que se encuentra ahí.
