I put one of these in a ceiling fixture that was limited to 40 watts that just was not bright enough. It fit the allowed space in the fixture perfectly and is so much brighter. Perfect solution.

So I have been on the hunt for the perfect post light that would compliment the warm light on the light next to my front door. It takes an education in led light temperature to gte it right. Not too difficult but still, I started with bright white and ended with the warm. This thing is perfect for the light post. It is bright withouth being so bright that it blinds or almost hurts your eyes when driving in the yard or backing into my parking spot. It is not over sized like the curly post lights are. It comes in a four pack which is good if you want matching lights on the side or back door too. I cannot speak for longevity as I just installed it. It has worked without an issue for the past three nights from sundown to sun up on a photo eye. I will update if this changes. I can recommend these so far.

Update from review below. Of the 4 lamps used in my fixture, when I tried to remove them for replacement, all 4 unscrewed mid bulb leaving their base in the fixture. Luckily, I was able to remove the shades over the bulbs and remove the bases with long nose pliars. I use bulb lube so it did not take unusual force to remove the bases. The bulb construction was flawed. Original review for the 3000K bulb. Listed as 2000 lumens and comparable to a 150W incandescent. A 150W incandescent should provide 1850 to 2700 lumens, so 2000L is toward the lower end of this range. I used these bulbs in open ended glass 'shades' in a high ceiling fixture. A normal incandescent shaped bulb (A19) in this type of shade throws more light out the end of the bulb and out the open end of the shade. These corn design bulbs throw most of their light out the sides which is diffused by the glass 'shade'. In this usage, you loose a lot of the available lumens. Bottom line, in my fixtures, these provided less light to my room than a 100W comparable A19 bulb.

I bought 8 FanNicoo LED Corn Light Bulbs for kitchen and desk lamps. When one bulb flickered and dimmed, I emailed the service center. They kindly sent a replacement bulb for free, as it is under an 18-month warranty. The bulb is bright and warm in color. I recommend these bulbs.

These little dudes are super bright and last a long time!
