BOKER Magnum 01SC148N Lightning Knife with 1-7/8 in. Straight Edge Blade, Black

I am an avid collector and buyer of edc knives . I usually carry 2-3 knives at all times for different purposes . I was in the market for a smaller knife for utility purposes to accompany the larger knives I carry. Came across this boker knife in my search . I was shocked by the low price as boker is pretty well known for pricier high end products . I figured might as well give it a shot , a it looked like it would fit my purposes base don the picture and for the low price wouldn’t really be out a lot of money even if the knife was not made well or disappointing in any way . I was absolutely blown away by the quality when I opened the box . This is a very very well made knife that more than lives up to the boker name . The blade is razor sharp and the opening is fast and smooth. Can open quickly almost as it’s a a full auto knife . One flick of a finger open type folder . Used it to open a few boxes and some other mail right away and it cit quite well . For the price this knife is WELL WORTH IT . I would pay double what they charged for this knife .

Received mine today. EXACTLY as advertised. Looks great, works great and what I wanted. Workmanship is excellent. It is sharp, tight, and all parts and features work as they should. I would recommend this knife to everyone. I have read some evaluations here that said this knife was of poor quality and either broken or wouldn't work as advertised. WRONG !!! Those comments HAD to be TROLLS, or have no idea how knives work. They couldn't be correct. Buy it, you'll like it. Mick

Perfect little knife, as work will only allow for a 2 inch blade. Holds an edge well, use it to open boxes and cut cat 5 wire and the like. A little stiff to get to close but not a big deal and will see if it loosens a little bit as time goes on.

Nice work knife, but the peg too open with came off almost immediately.

Gave these to the guys at work for Christmas. Really surprising how nice they were

When i got this knife i was kinda disappointed, it is to small for me and a lot smaller than i assumed it to be. Its also very tight opening and its hard to open becuase its so tight. Also thought it was going to be spring assisted based on the look and opening style, also wrong. Make sure you read the descripition and specs. Its very small and most likely a lot smaller than youd expect.

Personalmente me gusto la calidad de la navaja, es muy pequeña por lo que hay que tener mucho en cuenta para que se le quiere usar, yo las navajas pequeñas siempre las uso en un mini EDC y las uso para labores de oficina, generalmente para abrir paquetes, cortar algún cincho o lazo, cortar alguna fruta en trozos o cosas por el estilo. Se siente algo pesada para ser tan pequeña, es la primer navaja Boker Magnum que compro y la verdad es que si me gusto, pareciera que es una navaja de apertura asistida pero no lo es, en videos de youtube vi que existe una versión que es de botón, esta no lo trae y tampoco es de resorte, tal vez lo único que me hubiera gustado es que trajera orificio para anillo o lanyard como para poder usarla de llavero, ya que en realidad cuando esta cerrada no parece que fuera una navaja.

ACHTUNG man bekommt nicht wie auf dem Bild die springmesser version mit dem Druckknopf sondern die ganz normale Trotzdem zahlt man den selben Preis Das Messer ansich war war von guter Verarbeitung und extrem scharf ab Werk MfG RSp

Es un filo pequeño, como se indica en la descripción del producto, PEEERO eso no disminuye la calidad del producto y la sensación de buenos acabados y materiales de la navaja (filo). Altamente recomendable para el EDC o tenerlo en la oficina. Saludos.

El diseño es bastante original y bonito. El filo es excelente. El único problema es que se abre con demasiada facilidad y ya me corté al sacarla del bolsillo. Le hace falta un mecanismo para permanecer cerrada.

Es una navaja muy bien pensada, discreta, con un buen terminado y uso de materiales, muy recomendable
