How long are they in total length and how long is just the blade

The length of the whole knife is approx. 7” long. The blade measures 3” in length, 1.5 “ in width.

Will these cut steak please? A great London steak restaurant sets some similar to these out for each place setting and were awesome

I am sure you could sharpen them enough, but the shape is wrong for cutting steak. They are shaped for chopping. You could set them out as a token reminder of your visit to London, but the metal blade really is not long enough to get a good slice. They are very "cute"

Do these come with a Sheath?

No they do not come with a sheath.

Why would I need a mini cleaver?

They are the best for cutting and removing brownies. We prefer them to the official "brownie server". I think they were intended for cheese blocks.
