I havent actually measured my panels (I put them up and then decided to change direction of my room so pulled them back down), but I would hazard a guess that they are somewhere between .25-.4

My babies room is right next to my office. Should I put these in my babies room or my office so people can’t hear him during a meeting?

They'd be more effective in the baby's room, but I would strongly advise against it. Putting foam in the same room as a baby is a bad idea. Babies tend to pick at and eat anything they can get their hands on, and you definitely don't want your baby eating foam.
