Does the 1/4 in. brass mnpt end fitting come off and is it connected to another quick release on the other end?

The plug and coupler are both pre-connected to the hose end. And it could connect to each other.

I prefer USA products but will purchase from anywhere but China, where are these manufactured?

I don’t know but this is a good product.
