Does not lock on
The 3 individual tabs each have an offset (flag) that are slightly too big to turn the cap to lock it in. This causes the device to become loose and lose its connection. To fix this, you must grind about 1/16” off the flag part of the tab closest to the device. This will allow it to lock in. Be careful not to cut them too far…
