Here’s a personal story about quitting smoking that might be helpful to others. Around 11 years ago, I used QuickMist to stop smoking, it took just over a week. Never smoked again. That was until, about six months ago, I made the mistake of picking up the habit again - after I was offered a cigarette or two at a wedding. It didn’t take long to realize that smoking wasn’t financially sustainable (the price of a 20-pack used to be around £7-9 back in 2013, and it's about £18 now) and was taking a toll on my health. I decided to try QuickMist again, and this time it worked even faster. In just two days and with only four sprays, I was able to quit again - It's been about 2 months. Spray it into your mouth and it does something horrible to your mouth and throat with satisfies your craving. It can be a very unnerving feeling the first few times you use it but once you're over it, it's remarkable how quickly it works. One piece of advice: I wouldn’t recommend buying the double pack unless you’re sure you’ll need it—I found that one was more than enough. Also, the SmartTrack feature seems unnecessary, and the app (at least on iPhone) isn’t user-friendly enough to be worth using. If you're trying to quit, QuickMist could be an effective option.

Hmm. Okay. So this spray tastes pretty horrible. Yes it is minty but it's is a harsh bitter nicotine mint. It can give me hicups if I don't let it chill on my tongue for a bit. It makes my lips sore. However. This does work. For years my vape was almost always in my hand. I went through so many bottles of 3mg nic juice. Really wanted to quit it. One week ago I hid my vape away and switched to these. I was traveling for a week and did not have vape with me so was make or break. The flavour is harsh, which is probably good as I almost resent spraying it in my mouth. One lasted me exactly a week. During that time I have not vaped. Returned home, my vape is in glovebox but I have refused to go there. This stuff does hit the spot but it is not pleasant. I am persistent and will NOT vape again. Hoping the second lasts 8 or 9 days and I'll take it from there. Reckon 6 or 7 weeks and I'll be done. The habit of sucking sublime flavours of vape is hard to kick but that feeling of needing nicotine does get removed. Good luck! Oh and the NFC tap thing? Nah.. too much hassle. Just count how many days each last and make sure you go longer between replacements.

It will get you to stop smoking but it will also get you addicted to nicotine more than you have ever been before. As the nicotine levels in this are so high and you’ll be spraying all the time. I buy this product every other week. I have been addicted to it for many many years now. I wish there was no sugar in it, it is sweet and it’s also bad for your oral health as it dries out your mouth. Does it work for stopping smoking yes, absolutely. You will not touch a vape or a cigarette. But will this get you off nicotine no, it won’t. It’s so hard to stop this, been trying for a while.
