Very nice robe hooks for my bathroom door. Look great, arrived promptly - great value!

Couldn't recommend
These looked really good but when I tried to tighten the locking screw on the first one it bent out of shape. Tried with the second one to not tighten so much but it was then wobbly and kept falling off when I hung a robe on it. Disappointing

Lucky dip?
I have ordered these three times now. The first time the base of the product was 50mm wide and thick as described. I need matching hooks so I ordered again and the hooks were 35mm wide with a thin base. I sent back and ordered AGAIN... once again I received a lesser, smaller 35mm product. How can I go about getting ahold of the product you are advertising?
