It is a hit or miss with this brand. I install these types of mixing valve for my clients. This time unfortunately I will be returning this and not to purchase unknown brands anymore. Not worth the headache. Water temp was warm to the touch at its hottest setting. Internal o-ring not sealing correctly or the body is out of spec
