Nice addition for my patio

Now that my husband and I can put the assembly chaos behind us, it’s hilarious.The chairs are gorgeous, but what a pain in the ass!!! And my husband is handy at all this kind of stuff. I’m an efficient helper, too, and yet! Annoying AF.Made in China. Tiny BS instructions…the payoff is legit, but prepare to stress for the span of an afternoon 😂.

Instructions are horrible. No directions at all, just pictures. The hardware is also very cheaply made and doubt it will last. Once put together, I will say they look nice & are very comfortable, but definitely over priced.

Chair cushions comfort level a 4. Pro's are water resistant cushions but that makes them noisy as you move. Still need to keep out of heavy ¹rain because they take a while to dry. We even sprayed them with water proof spray.

Let me begin with customer service. I rate them AAA+. I reached out to them and they responded. I purchased 4 chairs and assembling them wasn't as bad as I read in previous reviews. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the bolts, washers , etc show some rust. I informed customer service and I wasn't satisfied with their answer. They did advise I cover the chairs or put them away during the winter. 1st I purchased them a couple of months ago. I haven't had them a full season yet. 2nd they are not stackable and for me I don't have ample space somewhere indoor to store them for the offseason. Regardless of their advice, I feel these are made for outdoor and they should have hardware that will sustain all kinds of weather.

Ive assembled a lot of things in my life. These chairs are not good quality. The screws pulled though the frame, and the wheels don’t turn when the screw is tightened. I would not buy them again. Better to spend an extra 100 or 200 dollars and get something sturdy. The chairs themselves are very comfortable. And the pads are fair for the price paid. But the frame, and wheels, are poor quality.
