This is by far better than a toning belt that uses gel pads. Make sure you use enough water or else it can be a bit painful but after you know how to use it, there's no problem. Effective at toning your muscles. Good size and fit for most.

It functions well. I use cleansing wipes to moisture the pads. I tried similar product in the past but because it required gel replacements which was sticky, that wasn’t comfortable and practical. Let’s see if it’s effective and removes the fat.

I have been using this for a month and it is a good device. You don't have to replace pads and the battery lasts for ages before it needs charging

I’ve tried this sort of things in the past and they were always so messy, had to use gels, replace pads and not much results. This one is incredible, no fuss no mess, easy to navigate the programs. I’m using it everyday for 1 hour, either in a roll or separate, depending on my time and I can see my abs, specially laterals. And love handles are almost gone, there’s just this stubborn fat around my belly button, but it went down considerably. You will need consistency and exercise, but this definitely takes it to another level.

This device really works. Also no costly pads to replace, just dampen it before use. Recommend highly.

The belt fits properly. Not sure yet about the long term benefits or issues, as of now very good.

I thought when I got this belt I could use is straight away. I did everything it said in the information book. I have a damp paper towel put it on the belt and also put on my belly. The battery was fully charge but it still wasn't working. I tried couple more times but nothing. I wish they made a English video I could watch to know what to do. There's video on YouTube but it's not in english. I will return it. Iam not happy.
