Q: Is this supposed to be a paste or liquid? Mine arrived today and its super watery. Is that normal?

CFS is a semi solid paste that changes consistency based on the temperature. Below 50 degrees it's a thicker paste and above 50 degrees it is a thin liquid. This changing shampoo consistency does not change the efficacy of the formula, and is completely normal.

Q: Is this product sulfate free?

No, the CitraFoam shampoo is sulfate free though
