Yes. Highly Recommend - Works for Burning Throat
Update after completing 1st jar. Burning throat returned after a few days. Ordering the 2nd one today! This time, I will also add more reflux combatting suggestions, including limiting certain foods & drinks. It works!Product was slated to arrive about 3-4 wks after order. I almost didn't order, but the video I saw on youtube from a doctor re GERD/Acid Reflux strongly recommended. Product arrived within a few days to my utter delight! I started the next day, after dinner and it worked immediately. I did not wake up with my normal sore throat. I have since begin watering it down. Its just so thick. Not sure I would suggest doing that, but I am. I also started taking the Reflux Gourmet. Take this Gaviscon after lunch and/or dinner and Gourmet at bedtime.

It works.
I am one of those people who can’t tolerate PPIs or H2 Blockers because they cause severe headaches. If you’re like me, or your just don’t want to take them because of the risks associated with them, you may want to give this a try.First off, and most importantly, it works. It coats the esophagus and creates a barrier at the top of the stomach so that the irritated tissue can rest. To me, that’s enough to deal with the taste and viscosity of the medicine. (It tastes almost like licorice without any sweetness…and it has the viscosity of chalky honey…it is *thick*) I essentially open my mouth and pour it as far back as I can get it, avoiding as much of the taste as possible.~If you are on a sodium restriction, you may need to avoid this product as it has a considerable amount of sodium in it.Bottom line…it works

Works in upright posture. Laid down to sleep and it is open to “pancreatic enzymes”. (Acid blocker 40 mg am & pm didn’t stopped)Alkaline food. Alkaline water 64 oz or a gallon daily. Organic potatoes peeled juiced drink immediately before oxidation. Potatoes peels soup Celtic salt, drink. Celery bunch large cucumber juiced. Aloe Vera fresh peeled sides torns rinsed yellow liquid very well, soaked overnight in fridge. Peeled cut up cubes freeze in ice tray. Eat daily in alkaline water. No fiber food until get well. Small meals.Magnesium complex. Potassium 99 mg.SPHINCTER exercise blow a ballon, when learned technique used your closed fist to blow. When feeling good or on empty stomach. Instant Relief
It smells good but looks disgusting ! Was almost afraid to drink it, but my acid reflux was so bad I gave it a go. It was instant relief. How wonderful ! It’s a little pricey but worth every penny! PLEASE IF YOU HAVE HEARTBURN THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE ! It looks like spoiled milk, but in desperation I drank it. What more can I say 5 stars, A+

If you have LPR or another type of reflux condition, consider THIS aniseed version of Gaviscon. It was previously only available in the UK. Thank goodness you can now get it through Amazon.Gaviscon creates a foam barrier that helps keep acid from regurgitating back up. It works for me. I never took the prescription drugs typically prescribed for these conditions because I read NIH reports of it being ineffective for many people while having side effects. Instead, I found that alkaline water, pre and probiotics and Gaviscon work for me.I take the minimum dose because this product isn’t cheap, and because Gaviscon has a lot of sodium. I can take more if needed:Before buying this, be very aware of the sodium content if you’re on a low sodium diet. We all should be sodium-conscious as it does matter to your heart. My otolaryngologist & gastroenterologist both recommended Gaviscon. Discuss it with your doctor to make sure it’s right for you and doesn’t interfere with any other meds.I know how frustrating these conditions can be. Wishing you the best!

Not helping
It didn’t work for my LPR. The taste is very bad. It’s expensive for its size. Will not buy again.
