Bought this a few weeks ago and just really got to use it this weekend. Diagnosed my wife's keyless entry problem on her car, needs keypad. Used bidirectional controls to help diag it and worked great, used it on my car just to see what it can do. I'm a tech and very impressed with this scanner. Snap on wanted 3000 dollars for their scanner, I'm sure this doesn't match it but i was surprised at what this scanner could do, it met all my needs, would recommend this for any tech

As soon as i received my Ancel V6 Pro + scanner in the mail i set the unit up and connected it to the internet and registered the unit. I took the scanner and dongle and connected up to my vehicle which is a 2019 Ford Edge and used the auto detect feature i had 4 dtc stored codes. I erased the four codes and no issues with my vehicle, i tried the scanner on my wife 2023 hyundai tuscon but the software wouldn't recognize her vehicle. I will wait until the update for newer vehicles become available.

Ancel V6 pro- I couldn’t program keys for a 2011 ford f-150, can’t oil reset or perform any other function for Maserati or Land Rover. The only thing I can get this junk to do is read OBD codes. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. Product support has not helped at all, the language barrier is a major problem. After month of back and forth emails Ancel finally said it will not work for my cars. I had to return this product.

Answers regarding Demo mode were too brief and appeared to be formulated by a non-English speaker. Also the owner's manual was worthless....

This scanner can’t do allot of stuff it claims it can for almost $500 price point if you are looking for a scanner that can do a health check or relearn sensors this scanner isn’t for you. This scanner is as basic as it gets. Don’t waste your money or time on it. Other then that it can read codes

The media could not be loaded.  I got this because my innova 3200 scan tool couldn't read airbag codes. Plus I wanted an upgrade for something that could do a lot more and I was especially interested in programming my own keys and TPSM sensors.I have a 2012 Dodge charger and none of the hot functions worked, I can't program the TPSM sensors, I can't program a key, it says it can't connect to the ECU for the vast majority of the functions but it will connect and diagnose codes most of the time. I say most of the time because I would click some and click read error codes for things I knew were having problems and even though it said it was good the code would appear when I clicked read codes so I wouldn't know the code was there if I didn't click it when it was showing good . it's super slow loading the screen compared to my hand held innova one which loads a whole lot faster. It can't even reset the oil light... and just recently it wasn't even connecting to scan any codes at all even if it could actually connect to the ECU and get the Vin.I like the packaging came in and the fact that it came with a protective box and already with the battery charged. but at this point it's no better than a $20 Walmart scan tool that just looks cooler. I would've stuck with the innova but it was about $300 more but now I'm gonna consider it. I had the most recent update too and that cannot be the best they could offer for a 2012 dodge charger

Shops, touch too fast sometimes but most times don’t work

The media could not be loaded.  This scanner does not work as advertised I have a 2016 Mitsubishi outlander send a message for support due to hot functions not working they said to wait for update after and update used it enter auto detect vin tap 2006 up it start scanning but on 100% it cant connect ecu only thing that is working as OBD II function still all hot functions are not supported

a good unit if you have a BMW but it will not program most Ford, Chrysler or Dodge trucks. most important!! There is ZERO tech support!!
