Pretty hard to find this product, price was good and shipment was quick.

My wife and I have found that upon waking up, we don't typically have time for breakfast, and a quick breakfast bar or something similar is basically just a bunch of carbs... So we buy protein drinks however those can get a bit expensive. I still prefer them however my wife has found, as odd as this might sound, a scoop of this in her morning coffee with the right amount of creamer actually tastes pretty good, and gives her the protein that she's looking for first thing in the morning. We bought one of those little containers with a shaker ball inside of it, and I put a splash of coffee with the creamer in that container, a scoop of protein, and I've got no clumps whatsoever in about 10 seconds. This stuff dissolves beautifully. And believe me I shopped around because everybody that knows, or has purchased protein before realizes that it is rather expensive. For the price per ounce, this is the best deal I have found. And further research has shown me that this is of a better quality than some of the other brands that actually cost more.

A great value for a Whey Protein low in carbs and cholesterol. The powder mixes well with water, juice, or milk and I find the taste to be better than most !

I was buying bsn syntha 6 protein for the last year and one of the younger guys I work with said that its a higher calorie protein. So I checked and not was he right. It tasted good but did some research and found out its got a lot of crap in it. I found this brand Rival, 100% whey not some garbage blend, only 120 cals per scoop 3 more grams than syntha 6 with only 1 gram of fat, whole syntha 6 has 6 grams. I'm trying to lose some body fat and if your not paying attention calories can add up fast from even protein powders. I got the vanilla flavor 10lb bag. It's really light, I don't feel bogged down after guzzling 2 scoops. It mixed super easy with no clumps. The taste is pretty good, very clean tasting, not heavy at all, no chemical taste at all like with some protein powders. I'll be using this for protein ice cream and other recipes. Does it taste as good as syntha 6? no, but it's still really good and it has 80 less calories and 5 grams less fat per scoop plus it's not full of filler garbage. Overall I would absolutely recommend you get this.
