Nice looking, great performance, very quiet, and comfortable. Only thing that would make it better would be to make the hoses longer so you could put the control box on either side of the bed, or at the top of the bed. It says to put the hoses at the foot of the bed, but then you have to stretch the electric cord across the room or to the top of the bed to get to an electrical outlet. Also, you have to unplug it if you need to roll the bed out from the wall to change the sheets, etc. I tried flipping the mattress so I could hang the control box at the top of the bed, but the attached cover on the other side of the tubes wads up in the middle of the bed when you raise it to a sitting position which is unconfortable.

It was shipped without a motor. I contacted the company and they sent me another one free of charge. The mattress did great for my family remember. I would Recommend it to anyone

I’m a paraplegic and looking for something to help me with pressure ulcers, this is not the item to help me with my pain. It causes more pain than helps. It has these buttons across the cells that hurt when you are on the bed. I have tried several different settings on this unit and it fells the same no matter what I try.Sorry for the negative feedback, but I can only go by how I feel.

Received it today went to get it all setup and the pump didn’t work. Was looking forward to see if this would help with pressure sores.

This mattress overlay is much more comfortable than any other type that I’ve tried. The sound of the pump doesn’t disrupt my sleep. Easy to set up and operate. Previously I tried the type with approximately 130 air cells and it was like laying on a rock bed. This one is much better and I was able to sleep. I recommend this product. The seller is easy to communicate with in a timely manner.

Used for parent who spends 90 percent of time in bed. The sponge bed mattress topper just doesn't work well for someone confined to bed. He can maneuver easier on the air mattress compared to the sponge. So far this is working much better.
