Really works

I have no idea the mechanisms but this supplement has made a huge impact on my health, mental health included. I am a health conscious person, I've been taking multivitamins, omega-3s and a calcium/magnesium for years. Blood work is always excellent. I am in my 30s and I noticed a gray hair so I thought I must need some copper. After about a week or 2 of taking this zinc and copper I stopped having horrible bouts of hypoglycemia that left me completely drained. I can feel a difference if I miss a few days of my copper. Every winter I would get a dry patch or 2 on my skin. Not anymore. My anxiety is now low. I wish we had more research on this!

Really like having the zinc with the copper. Supposed to make your body absorb the zinc better.

Bought this for bone health, but after having blood work done twice, I believe it has lowered my cholesterol. I have tried to eliminate other possible causes for the reduction, but I suspect I was either low in zinc or copper (which I have read do compete with each other). Read about Superoxide Dismutase-- a deficiency can contribute to high cholesterol and bone loss. Of course, that MAY have worked because I was deficient in zinc or copper or it could be for another reason altogether that I have not been smart enough to figure out. Everyone is different and you may not find any benefit to this supplement-- and it may be too much for daily use, depending on your diet. I doubt that it has improved my bone density, though it is possible that my calcium supplementation was interfering with zinc absorption (my bone formula has both calcium and zinc). I take this several times a week between lunch and dinner with a small snack and have not experienced any stomach upset. Note that some water filters will filter out zinc and copper (and newer construction does not have any copper pipes anymore). In addition, most multiple supplements have very low amounts of copper in relationship to zinc.

This was the only company that I could find that cared enough to not only use a safe dosage but add 2 mg of copper to it because they cared enough for you not to get copper deficiency and that alone is why you should go with them. This supplement is great i feel amazing.

Hard to find a zinc supplement with the proper copper ratio but this one is perfect. Good absorption with the balance and not worried about causing a copper deficiency while taking my zinc. I highly recommend this brand.

I wanted to like this supplement, but unfortunately it didn’t agree with me. After taking it, I felt nauseous and generally unwell. It may just be too much zinc for my body or perhaps I didn’t tolerate the formula well. Everyone reacts differently, but I personally won’t be purchasing it again.

Solía ser muy bueno, pero algo ha cambiado en su fórmula y ahora siento náuseas cada vez que lo tomo. A mi hijo le pasó lo mismo. Dolor de cabeza y náuseas. Tal vez necesite tomar alimentos con él, pero he tomado este suplemento durante muchos meses antes y nunca he tenido problemas hasta ahora.
