Good ideas here, but lacking...
Good ideas here, but not a lot of organization. For example, he talks about a 30-day program, but other than a page and a half saying what results should occur during different weeks, there isn't a program per se. Also, the writing is horridly clichéd to the point that it reads like a mess of old adages strung together. It's a bummer Wiley & Sons couldn't have actually provided an editor on this book.

NIce and percise
I thought this book had some good points, and things to consider when conducting buisness. The only downfall it has to me is that it could go more into detail about seducing differnt personality types otherwise It would have been five stars, but It is worth purchasing for sure.

Easy reading, provide simple, but powerful techniques that can easily be able to implemented and remember. I have seen also his presentation and the combination of both is really powerful !

This book contains tons of helpful tips and tricks for perfecting the art of communication!! It is a must read for anyone who is looking to get ahead in corporate America. Mark's straightforward approach is fun and helpful and has helped me and my team become much better and more effective communicators.
