In filling cleaning buckets, for victims of Hurricane Harvey, we needed NON cellulose sponges (cellulose sponges will develop mold). Couldn't find them locally. Thanks to Valiry, and Amazon, for the perfect sponge and quick delivery.The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR.org) has strict requirements for what to put in these 5 gallon buckets (that contain cleaning supplies for disaster relief). So glad we found what we needed!

Big and fat!

They look and feel just like the yellow bone sponges, but much less expensive. FYI, they will not fully re-expand from the vacuum sealer until you get them wet.

Loved the sponge for cleaning off my car. It expanded very well from the package. Also the small packaging helps for storage of the others not in use.

The sponges clean well and are great for cleaning bathtubs and cars. The sponges take a bit of time to dry but dry somewhat easily as long as they are squeezed out fairly well. That was the one thing that is a bit cumbersome about them is that they are somewhat hard to store once they are used. This is true especially if they are being used for household bathroom/kitchen cleaning. They need a good place to dry out. They have held together for my cleaning jobs and are easy to store in the utility closet without taking up a bunch of unnecessary space. I will still be re-ordering because of the great quality and ease of use.

I purchased these sponges thinking that I would use them occasionally for light use. They came condensed in a very small package. I opened up the package and they expanded to a nice generous size. I am not using them occasionally, but all of the time! They are nice and large, lightweight and easy to handle. They are easy to handle due to the indentations on either side of the sponge. I did not use all 8 of them, but that is okay since they are so easy to store before being opened up. They take practically no space if you store them in their original packaging and you do not open them up. Even though they are very light, they are also durable. So I won't need any more for awhile.

These sponges are wonderful for cleaning. They are HUGE! Some cleaning, rags are better, sometimes a sponge is better. If you have a job that needs a sponge - buy these. I love cleaning with them. Sturdy and don't fall apart easily. Love the compact shape, so easy to store before opened. Good buy!
