It's a versatile powder in that you can make it with just milk (cow, soy, oat, etc) or use it to up the protein level of yogurt, fluffs, or other macro recipes.It mixes well in cow milk. I placed a cup of milk and a scoop of powder in a martini shaker, and shook for 30 seconds. It mixed perfectly ... smooth with no lumps. The texture and flavor of a melted vanilla milk shake.24 grams of protein per scope is perfect, and promotes fullness.

I have had bad experiences with protein powder in the past because I have sensitive gag reflexes when it comes to drinks. In the past protein powder has been a no-go due to its famous chalky taste. This protein powder blends smoothly, and doesn’t leave a chalky taste in my mouth. I bought the small tub of vanilla ice-cream flavor because I didn’t want to try it, not like it, then be stuck with a giant tub. I feel like every penny that I spent was worth it because the quality was unmatched. The scoop comes in the tub, and it was very accessible, so I didn’t feel like I was contaminating the whole bin when reaching for it so it feels very clean to me.I use it to make Greek yogurt/fruit shakes in the morning. The sweetness of the protein powder is enough that I don’t feel the need to add other sweeteners. I will drink a protein shake for breakfast, and be good until lunch. I’m excited to try other flavors. I well have to update this review when I finish my first tub/try other flavors.

Einige davon sind auch völlig in Ordnung, geschmacklich kommen sie meiner Meinung nach aber oft nicht ganz an dieses hier heran. Gerade wenn man regelmäßig Shakes trinkt, macht das auf Dauer schon einen Unterschied.Die Löslichkeit ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Pulver lässt sich schnell im Shaker mischen und ergibt einen angenehm cremigen Shake.Preislich ist es zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt für mich noch im Rahmen. Es gehört zwar nicht zu den günstigsten Produkten, bewegt sich aber noch in einem Bereich, den ich für die gebotene Qualität nachvollziehen kann.
