I was able to use this side-by-side with a similar product.The original one I had was a pain to operate .You could turn it on, but then had to cycle through all the speeds before it turned off. Typically creating a big mess.This new product, you can hold the button down to shut it off from within the mode in use.Seems simple - but it's necessary if you're blending something like a sport drink into a glass of water and don't want it shooting all over.Charges up well with a nice light to let you know when it's done.Two removable/washable attachmentsSo far so good :)
