ZCUT Zropes Basic Speed Rope by Zuzka Light

I love these ropes and have helped me trim down. I've been doing the Zwows and have also helped a great deal. Thank you!!!!

Hey there, I've been a fan of Zuzka for more than 2 years now and really admire her. I have most of her workout DVDs and was super excited when the rope program came along, since it is something that I always wanted to include in my workout. The 6 workout program look great and super challenging - which is a plus. As a beginner in skipping, I tried my best to be able to jump continuously for 15 minute sessions and try the beginner's workout. As I was finishing yesterday, my rope simply split in 2. Mind you, I only had this product for one week, in other words 5 workout sessions. I am very disappointed in the quality of the rope and am now trying to find a way to get a new/sturdier rope.Other than the quality of the rope, I stick to her program because I can feel the results (like always) and believe that her workouts are the solution to my maintaining my figure. :) So in short, watch out for the rope quality.

I love Zuzka and follow her workouts and website regularly. I bought this as a way to add jump rope into my exercise routine. I had a similar rope in the past I easily adjusted. Darned if I could figure out how to shorten this rope. I had another speed rope on hand, so not a big deal. The rope routines start with the basics and progress nicely, switching intervals of jumping rope and other exercises like Burpees. I really love this when I want a second workout that's as much as workout as it is a skill enhancer.[...] This is a video from Zuzka on how to size your rope and the basics of jumping rope. I have not gone back to the gym since I found Zuzka, on Youtube back in 2012 (after the breakup from Charlie James who kept Bodyrock) I was ecstatic that she left him and was back to her old self and posting weekly videos.She is my coach and she has pushed me to go pro. I have to admit that I was terrible at jumping rope, I am definitely not an expert just yet but this has brought more confidence in my jump rope skills, since it is no light workout!The packaging is a little sad, BUT the workouts will kick your ass!

Love Zuzka and her workouts so I was excited to get this rope and the included workouts. I only received the rope and it broke in half in matter of weeks! The rope wasn't very easy to adjust either.Update- I was able to receive a refund on the rope.

The basic speed rope is great I love it .I have all the ZCUT ZROPES they are awesome use them everyday .Anyone who is getting into ropes I recommend them you will not be disappointed !Thanks Deb

This rope is easy to adjust the length. Nice and sturdy--doesn't get tangled. Zuzka's workouts included are challenging although they don't come with instructions. I just get online for her tutorials. Very challenging.

I love Zuzka, but am very VERY disappointed in this rope. I regret getting it. It's not the one that she uses in the video and is crappier than the one I was hoping to replace. Ugh. why even sell this piece of ***t? get the red one, this one is junk.
