Can they be printed on an HP inkjet printer

I tried with my hp inkjet and it did not work.

I have an inkjet printer. Will these work with it or is it sublimation printing only?

Counterfeit

NXP Tag Info app from NXP chip manufacturer reveals this is made with counterfeit chips. Signature could not be verified with NXP public key. See attached screenshot. Direct quote from TimesKey-US seller: "Our NFC card adopts Chinese Fudan brand NTAG216 chip" Because NTAG216 is a proprietary trademark and specific model manufactured exclusively by NXP Semiconductors, a chip made by Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics is, by definition, a non-genuine copy or functional clone. While Fudan clone chips usually work for basic operations like launching URLs or reading/writing text via apps like NFC Tools, they completely lack the official security, quality control guarantees, and anti-counterfeiting features provided by NXP.
