Been using this brand of fish oil for a number of years now and have never disappointed. Seem to help with joint pain . They are a little large (1inch long) and might be hard for some folks to swallow but I haven't had any problems using them. No digestive problems, effective and very easy to use. Good price for a quality item.

I have been taking this for over a month now, and this is so much better than the OMEGA blue bottle garbage. I don't get any of the fishy burp issues. Granted, the pills are larger [where I had to take 3 of the blue bottle stuff] it's not that hard to swallow, and having to take 1 pill instead of 3 is much easier. I feel as good, usually better, than the other stuff I was taking.
