How handy, love these. Bought some fruit and used inside to keep fruit flies out. Haven't used outdoors yet, they are light weight so might blow away but am excited to use soon.

These mesh food covers have been great for keeping bugs away during picnics and backyard meals. They pop open easily and are tall enough to fit over larger dishes, trays, or even pitchers without touching the food. The mesh is fine enough to keep out flies and gnats while still letting you see what is underneath. They fold back down for storage in seconds, which makes them really convenient to use. I also like that they come in a six pack, so there are plenty for big gatherings or parties. They feel sturdy and have held up well through several uses without bending or tearing. For the price, they are a must have for anyone who enjoys eating or entertaining outside. I'm a cookie artist and I use these frequently to cover my cookies when I allow them to dry with the fan on them. I get the added comfort of knowing my cookies are dust-free and covered, while still getting fanned and dried. This is easy to wipe and/or rinse clean. Seems pretty sturdy, and with this 6 pack, it's a good enough of a deal that I don't really worry if I bend or break one. Easy, pull-string-open and press-button-close system. Some plastic odor out of the package that quickly disappears with aeration. 11/2022 update **This is a photo of a dirty netting (top) and how white it gets again after cleaning this way (bottom)** I have used these nearly daily and none have broken yet. Here is how I hand wash these: - Slide the little plastic caps off the bottom ends of the net. - Fold just the netting up/inside out - (For added distance away from the metal frame, unscrew the plastic cap on top and let it, and the netting, slide to the end of the pull-string. After a few times u may not need to do this once you get the hang of it. 🙂) - Under the faucet, add some water and dishsoap directly to the netting and scrunch it up like you would a mesh sponge until it is nice and foamy. - Rinse well - Repeat if needed - (At this point, I like to spritz with Purell Multi Surface Disinfectant, no rinse required) - Hang to air dry before reassembling I hope this helps!

The foord canopies looked and worked just as expected... Ive had similar smaller ones before but these were a better size (17" x 17") and had lace added around the bottom edge which gave added protection -which was good and bad... good because it gave added more protection from insects finding their way under the canopy from the table surface ...the bad because they used cheap ugly lace, which I tucked inside so it wouldnt show but still protected food.. ( suggestion: It would have been cheaper to just extend the net covering by a couple of 1-2 inches on each of the four sides and it would have been more attractive. BUT, I still gave the 5 stars because they are large, well made with good materials, and do exactly what you need them to do. I would buy them again.

I love them, but kind of flimsy for the price, easily damaged .

We are planning a camping trip in 6 or so months, we decided we need camping equipment, this kind of popped up in our feed and we decided to take a chance and buy two of these and one of the 6 pack. We are a family of 5 and are planning to camp with a rather large group so we figured these would be nice for the folding table that will hold the food. With the idea of giving these to the people who show up. Upon receipt it came in good shape, and had no issues taking them out of the package. I will update this review after the camping trip Pros so far: They are easy to figure out and appear to work My wife loves the little lace at the bottom (I don't really care) I love that it came with a carrying case Cons or questions Super light, I'm afraid that in any breeze at all they might fall over or fly away. I guess we'll have to test this when we are out camping. Con they appear somewhat cheaply made, but we didn't pay much for them (in my opinion) so that is a wash. As I said, the jury is still out and will update once we go camping with them.

Works well and keeps the nasty flies off of my food.

The mesh food umbrella is great for summertime outdoor food serving. It folds and stores away easily. It is light weight and sits well on a table surface. No bugs can get to the food. The size is good enough to cover 2 plates and there is a good height, so the mash does not touch dips and liquid. I am glad I purchased them. I recommend them if you use the outdoors in Summer
